Hands down, the best junk removal experience I've had. From first contact to job completion was 18 hours. Communication with owner was top notch. Matthew was very professional, clear & concise!!!? I told him that I needed a sectional sofa to be disposed of & he quoted me a great price & he came out the same day to remove the sofa!!! I couldn't get home in time for him to get the sofa, but my oldest was home and he still removed the sofa without me having to be home & where I was able to send him the money for his services using Cash App....very accommodating ??❤️?..... I'm DEFINITELY saving this company in my contacts for future use!!!!Use this company for fast, reliable & reasonable removal of junk, furniture, appliances, etc. You won't be disappointed at all!!!

I was looking for a junk removal company to have some furniture and appliances hauled away from a house. Searched the Internet and came across Junk Monks. I reached out to them and Matthew answered right away. Didn’t even have to leave a message. I explained what I needed, and the timeline and I needed it done in, and he said he could absolutely get it done. He was extremely accommodating, and overly respectful. I highly recommend Junk Monks to anybody needing to have things hauled away. These guys are amazing. They arrived right on time, did the job perfectly, and handled themselves very professionally. They accepted payment after the job was done. You cannot go wrong hiring Junk Monks. Definitely the best junk removal company around Columbia.

I had a very last minute need for removal of a large piece of furniture. Literally called Matthew late on Saturday and spoke to him, not a machine, and no forms to fill out.
