I worked with Nik to get my Kia Sorento repaired from and attempt theft and he provided the best service from beginning to end. He let me know what to expect from him and my insurance, he communicated about any changes or delays, and he prioritized ensuring the fastest, most efficient repairs provided by Kia. I couldn’t have asked for a better representative or experience with Kia; I definitely would return!

We bought a 2023 Kia Sorento first and our 16yr old daughter got her drivers permit and we were in the market for another vehicle. I started looking at some more Kias and the Telluride jumped out to me. Then I started getting text messages and emails from JTs Kia Killian rd from a sales woman named Pia Barnes. Pia was so knowledgeable and patient with both myself and my wife. We drove two different Tellurides to my wife working for her to see them. Afterwards I bought my wife to the dealership the next day for her to make up her mind. We test drove the Carnival which is awesome also. But, ultimately she decided on the Telluride prestige x line model which is unbelievable. Go see Pia at JTs Kia Killian rd and tell her (Anna and Lou) from Kusina Filipina Sent you.

Had the technician that worked on my car on July 10, 2024 did a rescan of my car codes he should have picked up the that the evaporator valve hose was not connected then do a rescan to clear the codes I would not have to come back out there last Wednesday morning Sept 11, 2024 for the problem corrected. I knew what the was because I took my car to another mechanic who scanned it for me then told me exactly what it was before I bought it back to you all to repair. Then your man at desk asked me what did my friend say the problem was I told him I'm not going to tell you y'all need to look it up through your code scanner and fix it, bring my car back to me then I'll let you know after you talk with me. I have to think real hard the next time I have to bring my vehicle back to you for a manufacturer replacement part on the manufacturer's warranty. Do the right thing fit it the first time.

Perhaps the best experience at a car dealership in all my days of driving (and I'm 75). From being greeted at the door and being treated with respect and dignity all through the buying and financing process to driving the car off the lot. The care and concern of all their employee was way out of my expectations. Just driving the car makes me feel that I made a great choice on the vehicle and the dealership.

I was interested in the prayer guide. Only. I see that the $20 per month gift gets that plus some more bonuse. But I am unemployed currently and on disability so I won't be doing the monthly pledge but I'd be interested in a one-time pledge and I was wondering how much would it be to get the copy of this prayer guide, even if it's a digital copy.

Texted to tell me my that my car would be ready at 5pm. Spent an hour driving out there and the car wasn't ready. Had to drive an hour back home and then another hour the next day to go back out there.

Lisa Madison had us in and out with a new car in less than 3 hours. Very professional, very knowledgeable, great associate. Out of the 10 standing outside she was the only one who acknowledged us. If we buy again from Kia, Lisa is our person, in addition if you buy a car ask the finance manager for a Kia hat!
