Today is my 7th trip here since I was rear-ended May 6th, picked up my truck from the body shop, bumper out of line, back up camera blurry instead of getting a new one which they had to do anyway, now check gas cap and engine light is on trip #7 they are waiting for approval, I have bought 2 gas Caps, common sense should tell you that if a vehicle is hit from the back, gas tank and gas line should be checked correct??? , I'm done with JTS Dodge ?

I went for my appointment at 0730, they open the gates after that time, the shuttle service didn't start until pass 0830, I had to call multiple times during the day to get an update on my car and they didn't call me back. Picked up my truck after 5pm with the news that to fix the sunroof, 2 motors needs to be changed, and they will charge me over 1800 and have to wait over a week to get the job done. Issue of the sunroof that was pointed out at time of purchase, so the sales department should take care of that and they said that the car was sold as is, and will not take care of the problem. My advice, if you don’t want to be disappointed, choose a different place.

Horrible experience bought and brand new 1500 Big Hord 2022 truck within 3 weeks the check engine light came on and battery light came on come to find out it's the alternator is bad they supposedly fixed it, however 2 weeks after fixing it the same light came on and engine stalled on me been a dodge customer for over 11yrs never had such a horrible experience in buying a new vehicle in my entire life I pray this doesn't happen 2 Any other customer ever, most stressful experience in purchasing a new vehicle wouldn't advise a single person 2 ever purchase anything from them

Very courteous personnel. Professional. Knowledgeable and mindful techs. I went to Firestone on Clemson road FOUR TIMES to address a problem that they only made worse. JTs Dodgeland got my truck one day and fixed the problem! This is my new place to go if I need my vehicle fixed.

Customer Service is excellent where I dropped off my granddaughter vehicle for recall, staff at this moment is very Courteous and Friendly. The shuttle service is on point and Ms. Cheyenne was great and very attentive in her responsibilities towards Dodgeland Of Columbia clientele.
