Mark Wickham was an awesome part of my buying experience at Jim Hudson. I met him as he was arriving at work. He assisted me in looking at vehicles on the lot and ultimately helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. He has checked on me to ensure my happiness after the sale as well. He made my entire purchase experience 5-Star! I will definitely look for him when I'm ready for my next vehicle!

My Wife recently purchased a new 2024 IS 350 Lexus . We worked with Kyle Reed who was very helpful and even made a few trips to our home to provide a test drive for a similar vehicle. Kyle was very easy to work with. I will say we were rather disappointed that our brand new Lexus did not come equipped with back up parking sensors & the process of buying the vehicle was a bit long . We arrived at the dealership shortly after 5pm and didn’t leave till after 8. The meeting with the tech specialist was helpful though.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the worst experience buying a car. Customer service is garbage. I bought a GX 460 from them and I wish I had gone to Augusta! We then drove to Augusta and bought an ES hybrid. They treated us fantastic!! Hands down the best experience!! Go to Augusta!!!!

OMG, first thing, it was truly a pleasure meeting Ms. Ashley Thompson, who worked very hard for me last week, from start to finish. Her professionalism and willingness to go beyond locating the car for me was absolutely impeccable. She kept me in the know during the whole process, which I really appreciated.
I also have to mention Vince and Mike, two awesome gentlemen, thank you as well. It was my pleasure meeting and interacting with you too.+

Beware of the slippery and unethical sales tactics used at Johnston Lexus !!
We made a DEAL on a car !! … I drove two hours to consummate the transaction that we agreed too, and when I got to the dealer, they changed the game … The dealership COMMITTED to match my CarMax trade-in price … I provided the requested validation as prior to my trip … There was no additional requirement required based on the conversation I had with My sales person … They subsequently did whatever they do in the Johnson Lexus “sausage pricing factory” and came back to me with a trade-in price that was $3000 less than their original commitment … They indicated some slippery dialogue and and blamed it on CarMax … I followed up with CarMax and they indicated it was not their practice to provide a price to a dealer to compete on the purchase of my car … These guys are slippery and sleazy and you should be absolutely aware … This slippery used car tactic is very inconsistent with being a Lexus dealer … Check out Johnston Lexus in Raleigh or Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte where ethical standards and behaviors are high … Stay away from this POS place …
