We switched to using Jennifer Creed and she helped get everything squared away with all of our vehicles. She goes above and beyond contacting people to make sure everything is squared away. If she isn't available there is always someone at the office to make sure to help get any new insurance started or to help in any way. Would definitely recommend using her for any insurance purpose!

We live in Forest Acres and became aware of Jennifer Creed as she supports and/or sponsors almost all events put on by the City government or FANA (Forest Acres Neighborhood Association). We recently encountered a life insurance policy question with another carrier for which others seemed unable or uninterested to answer. I popped into her office unannounced and she gave me her full attention and promptly clarified what we needed to know. I have nothing but good things to say about Jennifer and her team. They're responsive, courteous, and knowledgable. They have stayed late to get me set up with a new policy on a new car, and have stayed in touch with me throughout the process so I know exactly what's happening. They also helped us bundle a bunch of policies into one so we save a little money and get the best coverage for our needs.
