If I can give zero stars I would The first and foremost if there's problems and you have a manager your manager is supposed to rectify and fix them instead of making excuses for how his employees screw up If you know you have a special needs person working for you or someone with something mentally going on you should not put them on Thursday and you should be able to train them the same as any other mental person that can work it's trainable so with that being said if you go in on third shift and spend your money and they will not speak to you they do not care or they will continue to let a special needs person with no training work and cause more problems than worth when you call to talk you get a young refresh out of college child that does not understand or know how to deal with some people at all they're spending their money I have eyes nobody to go here unless you want to be rudely treated and disrespected

This is the only vape shop I've ever been in and one of the workers is sitting on the counter sucking down a can of nitrous oxide looking like a complete idiot, only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is cause they do have the lowest prices in town, but apparently the highest employees Aswell

What a great first experience at Jays. I was greeted by Jackson, whom I highly recommend. He knew exactly where to direct me and he immediately advised me of his two favorite brands. Not only did he just give me his preference, he explained the difference and helped educate me along the way.Super dope dude, super dope store, I will definitely be back.

I live in Greenville, frequently visiting Columbia, and I always make sure to stop by Jay’s Vape shop before going home! They have a large variety of smoking essentials with great prices. Also, they are open 24/7 so that’s game changer. Most of the employees are nice and fun to talk to but Jackson is by far my favorite there! He always answers all my questions and hooks me up with everything I need, exceeding my expectations every time. Everyone needs a Jackson for their shop. I recommend this vape shop to everyone I know!

These guys have everything you could need. From vapes to THC cartridges, to bongs bowls and wax pieces. They always know what to recommend based on your needs and the items I've bought have never let me down. As a habitual smoker I've always come to jays and always left satisfied.

I visited this store for the first time on Saturday September 9th. I purchased 2 vapes and some baked edibles. Ate an edible on Saturday shortly after purchase and it gave me a stomach ache (not too alarming as it was a new thing I was trying). However, on Tuesday 9/12 when I went to eat another one I noticed there was an expiration date on it of 6/16/2023 (which may explain the stomach ache). Called the store and the only thing they offered was for me to purchase another brand at 50% off, no apologies, nothing else. I Physically visited the store today and the same product is still on the shelf, and the “manager” was unhelpful. Again offering 50% off another product (because it is “as is” which I didn’t know until today, again this was my first time at the store) , no apologies, no even exchange, no partial refund nothing just asking me to spend more money. I was also willing to get the same product but they were all also expired. I had no problem with the product outside of the fact it was severely expired. Requested the owners information to contact and get the situation taken care of, again he declined. I left the store, With my issue unresolved and I still have the expired gummies.

Never felt so discriminated against in my life only my second time purchasing from this store. Went to buy a vape and the boy with the long curly hair completely ignored me even though I was standing right at the counter in front of him. He then proceeded to walk to the other end of the counter to help another customer of his complexion. So I initially brushed it off, another girl walks in and even then I’m standing at the counter still waiting to be helped by the other associate he helps the white girl behind me. So when I tell him I was there first all he can say is sorry. You knew what you were doing. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. It might not matter that I’ll never come back here but it’s not the first time I’ve heard of the mistreatment of African Americans at this store. They also don’t check ID’s so how would y’all know if your selling to an underaged customer

**updated since they responded** it definitely wasn’t a holiday on thursday of this week?? i’m not trying to argue with you, i’m trying to just state the facts of my experience. on the vape situation i literally have to smack it on a table for it to stop lighting up and then vape juice is everywhere, my fault for not checking when i bought now i know i need to everytime.had 2 separate occasions that i was disappointed. went one time and the doors were locked and lights off but they are “24/7” and bought a vape that about exploded on me 10 mins after i bought it

I've stopped by more than a few times over the past year and a half. There's some pros and cons to this store just as there is any place.Pros: Open 24/7, employees are nice, decent selection, prices are consistent (and cheaper than other stores) at $14 for majority of vapes.There is only ONE major con for me every time I've purchased from here... The vapes go out MUCH quicker than any I've gotten elsewhere. I used to smoke Elf bars, and the taste would become "burnt" (Iykyk) a week faster. Recently, I got on Lost Mary for a variety of reasons, but the main thing I liked was the color indicator to let you know what the battery percentage range was (Green, Blue, Red).I stopped in maybe a week ago now. The Lost Mary I got from Jay's is getting weak in taste a lot faster than the other I got from a different store. The light indicator? Pointless. Will go from Green to Blue, then as soon as you plug it up, Red. To reiterate, I haven't had this problem when I spent a few more dollars at a different store on the same product. They last longer and don't malfunction.Before the owner tries to leave me a sly response as I've noticed in other reviews... I like the store. I love that you're open 24/7. I love the consistently cheaper prices. The employee's are always nice and will engage in conversation. I simply continue to have issues with the vapes that you sell, and we all know it's not like there's a refund or a magical return policy. You get what you get once you walk out. I always try them before walking out. I hoped that this wouldn't continue once I changed from Elf bars to Lost Mary, which only leaves me to look at the business selling them.It's just an honest review.If you're up late and need something, stop by here. If you don't want to pay $15-$25 for a vape at a certain store, stop by here.
