Get different embroidery prices from different cashiers. Completelyforgot to put my name and credentials on the uniform so causes me to waste time and gas for an item thatTechnically wasn’t ready. And when told about the error didn’t get a (I’m sorry) or anything . Just said itWould take longer . And i feel like I shouldn’t be pushed to the back of the line because of their error .

I always go to Jackie’s to get my scrubs! They are priced very reasonable. Staff was very welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommended to shop here when needing scrubs and accessories.

I came here for the first time and I wish I had a pleasant experience because they have some really nice uniforms. When I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged. I asked to use the restroom and couldn’t. I had to walk across the street to Firehouse. When I came back in the store I still wasn’t acknowledged. I was discouraged at this point, but they had a great deal on the scrub pants I wanted so I decided to purchase and not return. When I went to purchase them their were 3 associates at the front giving 1 customer the best customer service they could. When he left, they all walked away from the register leaving me there standing as they talked about something else. I had to ask to be checked out. Jackie’s I would rather pay full price for scrubs then to be ignored somewhere that I’m spending money. Poor customer service!

I came here to purchase pewter scrubs. They have a great selection of brands, colors, and sizes. The prices are reasonable and the people working are helpful. I plan on returning.

Jackies is the best place to shop for your uniform needs. The staff is great at answering questions and making sure you get what you need. If they don't have it in stocks, they will order it for you. They do in house embroidery if you want or need it. They offer the best services, the best prices with company discounts, and array of accessories.

I went to purchase a dress uniform
The price on ticket was $53. On sale for 20. Percent off. When I got to the register she said the price was $65. With 20 percent off. I said I should receive the price on the ticket $52 with 20 percent. She refused. That was false advertisement. I am report ing this to the better business bureau
I bought it because I needed it for Sunday. Very disappointed. Sheila

Took 4 weeks just to get my uniforms. Even though I had place an online order. I called after two weeks after placing my order and they had stated that they had all my items there and that the only thing that they were waiting for was for embroidery. It's been two more weeks and haven't received a call. This place takes for ever to get anything done. My suggestion would be to just go in and buy your things there physically instead of placing online. if you do go online to place an order be prepare to wait several weeks. The only reason I did the online order was because my employer does the payroll deduct.

This used to be my go to place for scrubs years ago, recently they seem to never have medium petites in stock. They will order but I have no energy or time back to pick items up. I now go to Uniform Advantage close to Lexington Medical Center. Great prices and they have everything I need! Its just that simple...

Went to Jackie's today to use a gift certificate I received as a graduation gift. The store was very clean and organized. They had a good selection and the staff was very friendly.
