The entire staff gives you a warm, friendly welcome, and it’s a great environment. You’re not standing around with no one paying attention to you. Not only is the person you’re working with Attentive to you but all of the staff. I was offered water, coffee or soda ? lol WHAAATT!!! I’ve NEVER been offered that in a cellular phone store. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new service or to upgrade if you’re already are a T-Mobile customer.

“I visited the T-Mobile store on Harden Street with a complex billing issue — I was being overcharged and had an outstanding balance that needed to be resolved. Brady was incredibly helpful and understanding. He took the time to call T-Mobile customer service on my behalf and walked me through the entire process to make sure everything was resolved correctly. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the experience. The store manager was also very helpful and supportive. If I ever run into another issue, I’ll definitely be returning to the Harden Street T-Mobile store. Excellent customer service! R. Wright”
“2 years ago, Emil moved my entire family to T-Mobile from Verizon (after being loyal Verizon customers for 27+ years.) Emil was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and kind. We were able to set up 7 phone lines, 3 watch lines, and internet service for 2 households.
Fast forward to last week. Even though commission is no longer an incentive for T-Mobile employees, Emil provided exemplary service! He showed so much patience helping me navigate switching plans, upgrading 2 phones, and answering my never-ending barrage of questions. Customer service of this caliber can be hard to come by these days, but Emil goes above and beyond every time!”

“Just started a new plan with Verizon. While I am not happy with the corporate customer support over the phone from their support line and the excuse for “assistance” with my issue I was given by the support agents over the phone, the employees at this location on garners ferry road are absolutely phenomenal. The store was clean, organized and the employees were fast and extremely attentive to my issue and needs. I had the pleasure of working with Sean and his manager on duty (whose name I didn’t get) were so helpful in trying to get me the solutions I needed to start fixing my problem. They made sure to use any option or possible solution they had/ could find to help me correct the issue I was having that the otp customer support was completely disregarding.. Highly recommend seeing either one of them and shopping from this store if you are in the market for a new phone/accessories and want amazing customer service/experience.”

“I’ve had to come to this Verizon store 3 times now. The first was to order an iPhone because the website and MyVerizon app weren’t cooperating. The second and third were to talk to an actual human since the automated billing system is an absolute disgrace. Irma helped me the first time, she’s nice and not overly pushy. Cedrick helped me the second and third time. He was helpful and patient.”
“I had an outstanding experience! They took care of my mother’s box very swiftly and efficiently, providing such excellent service that they even convinced her to get me the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. It turned out to be an amazing birthday gift and the perfect way to be welcomed back home after being away at school 11 hours away.
What made the experience even more delightful was their accommodating and flexible environment. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience.
A special shoutout to the lovely young woman with the beautiful flip-over sew-in—she was absolutely phenomenal!
