“Never thought I’d leave a 5-star review for a mobile company to be totally honest. I’ll break it down by category/reason below.Customer service: absolutely phenomenal! Habiba and Kayla took great care of me and even followed up multiple times on different days after I left the store! Somebody give these people a raise!Internet: I got the 5G internet plan and ended up returning it because it didn’t work well at all in my area. But returning it was just as easy as getting it, thanks (again) to Habiba.Wireless service: it’s only been about 5 days, but all three of us have been impressed with the speed and the coverage.I switched over from AT&T and, although I kept their internet because it’s simply the best speed in my area, T-Mobile is killing them on price and customer service overall. Thank you guys!”

“Just keeps getting better and wished I’d left AT&T years ago as I was with them 15yrs,paid numerous phones off and satellite and internet and got a iPhone 12mini a year&1/2ago called in twice about hardware before it was a year old and they wouldn’t budge and wanted me to pay $500 off on the phone and taxes on a new phone and I told them I wasn’t joking about leaving &would you pay for a broken phone that Appeltechs and4att techs said hardware was shot but they still wanted me to do and pay all that and I called T-Mobile and new phone free and paying less with insurance than at att w/o insurance lol”

“I didn't get the young lady's name that helped me today but I walked in there to try to replace my Google pixel 7 due to a software issue because that's what customer service told us to do over the phone and that it would be free it was indeed not we were given wrong information and she kindly walked me through everything I needed to do before I could get a new phone unfortunately I wasnt able to get a new phone today :( because my phone is cracked but she was very very sweet and explained everything to me in full detail on what I needed to do if I wanted to replace the phone since didn't have insurance on it! I will be going to this location for the foreseeable future she was very sweet and I hope she's there next time I come in to buy my new phone :)”
“I’ve had to come to this Verizon store 3 times now. The first was to order an iPhone because the website and MyVerizon app weren’t cooperating. The second and third were to talk to an actual human since the automated billing system is an absolute disgrace. Irma helped me the first time, she’s nice and not overly pushy. Cedrick helped me the second and third time. He was helpful and patient.”
