Have been using Intellisystems for three years. We had a previous I.T. company that only provided us one contact. Intellisystems has a vast number of technicians that can assist us. My level of comfort since going to Intellisystems has risen tremendously. We have protected information for our customers and reliability and security is critical. We get 24x7 365 support and monitoring for our computers and phone system. We have migrated our email to them and getting many more functions and security services as with prior vendor. We also take advantage of their monthly training program. I get results of all our employees taking these critical training topics. We also get simulated/generated phishing emails as practice in identifying phishing attacks. Many of our customers have been ransomwared because their employees were not trainied to identify malicious emails and attachments. My company takes advantage of all of Intellisystems offerings and will continue to do so. They are the only I.T. service provider I would trust to keep us in business. This is a classic case of an IT company that uses scare tactics to recruit clients. They constantly scan peoples email addresses to see if you were apart of a network breach on yahoo etc. Then they email you to tell you that your info has been compromised. When in reality they don't have any info at all and any info they do have is outdated. Do us all a favor and go somewhere else. Thanks

The guy I spoke with for an interview, the Sales Manager, Peter Franklin, was VERY difficult to speak with and not very understanding. I asked him for a high level view of what a day at this was like trying to form a picture and he very rudely asked me "Did you do your research?" My quietness was interpreted as not knowing what I was doing or stupidity.. but I try to VISUALIZE things and SEE it in mind's eye because I am a CReATiVe individual...May this man never become a teacher, because he does not seem to understand that others operate differently than him and does not seem to have much patience for people that are different preferring instead to jump to conclusions based on his own assumptions. Some people see things in pictures like Einstein, others think in words, without Turing we would not even have computers. I wish the company well, but as of this time I'm not sure they are on point when it comes to being very innovative because if this is any reflection of the state of things at this company, I'm not very sure that they are innovative what-so-ever.
