Visited on vacation, and was the ONLY shop in the area with a wide variety of artist made glass. Not an import in site. Also, being from NY (a legal state) I’m used to a huge array of options on product and illuminati hit all my needs on the head. Do not hesitate to stop on by. Andrew and Logan are top tier individuals. Come as a client, and leave as a friend

I'm so mad I passed by this place, thinking it was just a glass gallery, for soooo long!! Will be my go-to place for all my smoking/vaping/glass needs! Went there today and on top of pipes you would normally expect (except the quality is better), they have hand-blown pendants(Cutest I have ever seen! They had a few ramen bowls!? And they had great price ranges!), CROC CHARMS, and beautiful marbles! They even have local glassblowers! They also had hilarious novelty cards I will be going back for! The employees?? The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Knowledge and kind! I didn't get the girls name but she guided me through the store and answered any and every single question I asked her, with a smile on her face! So refreshing😊 Highly encourage everyone to check it out!!

Illuminati is just the coolest smoke shop to go to in Columbia because it's not a just a smoke shop, it's a community. It's conveniently located to Shandon, Rosewood, Garners Ferry, And Forest Acres. It's also on the way back towards 5 points from target. There's parking right out front and it's only hard to back out of the spots if you're a bad driver. The store itself has the best product for whatever you need, along with the second best, and beautifully crafted pieces that are better than what you need. The store is locally engaged with customers and vendors and the environment feels like you're walking into your friend's house. The staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the available products that you are looking for and everything is well organized and easy to find. But what really makes the difference is the experience that the empowered provide when you come to the store. Shout out to Andrew and BIG SHOUTOUT to Logan who both have that indescribable x Factor quality that just makes one a winner.

The Best of the Best. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly. The atmosphere they create is quite welcoming. They price match but already have the best prices around. If you have never been here, you might want to give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

What can i say? Hands down, best customer service I've seen out of a head shop EVER! When i say ever im representing 1974. So ever is a long time. Thats who they are. It's not a one-time thing. They are a high-end shop, meaning they carry the BEST quality in quartz, glass, and electronic equipment. Also, a large selection of other products. This is not i got good service review. This is for people searching for the best in american made quartz and glass. And their product knowledge is through the roof. When you talk to them, you will understand what i mean. I purchased Highly Educated and One trick pony. You won't find their selection ANYWHERE else except another high-end shop. And there are not any anywhere close to Columia. 100 miles, either direction guaranteed. Again, the young woman and dude who helped me can answer ANY quartz or glass questions you may have. Lol, just read Eb's review. Who says not another high-end shop 300 miles in either direction. I said the same in my post. It is very hard to find high-end shops.
