The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, some minor updates in the room decor could enhance the overall ambiance.

Omg. This hotel is so good that you will feel that warm welcome from the lobby entrance itself. When was the last time a lobby smell that good, never! Rooms were so spacious and nicely layed out and location was great. I highly recommend this space. Thank you for making my stay so comfy. See ya all soon!

Such a clean, friendly environment.The room was extremely clean, they provide everything for you, and the staff is so nice, courteous and extremely helpful. Not a lot of people that work in hospitality go above and beyond now a days and everyone that was working each day ere so kind. I would definitely come back here. I highly recommend!Rooms: Cleanliness and comfortable beds!Walkability: Walkable to many restaurants and shopsFood & drinks: We had free breakfast and it was delicious!

The third shift desk clerk was a gem. She was a great help. She needs to work second shift because of her professionalism and the way she cares about her guests.The second shift desk clerk and the manager was very rude. My daughter name was attached to the reservation, but she still had problems checking in. The desk clerk and the manager was unprofessional. They also made a statement that they were at the wrong hotel, stating that they were a full service hotel. The rude young man didn't tell them where the rooms were located, what time was breakfast, parking details, entry in the hotel after midnight, none of these things were stated at check-in.Noteworthy details: Front Desk needs to tell the guest where the rooms are located, what time is breakfast, parking details, entry in the hotel after midnight, none of these things were stated at check-in.

Stayed here while attending an Army boot camp graduation. Price I paid per night was not cheap especially with the experience. First off, I booked a city view with double "queen beds" I checked in and got a garage view room with two double sized beds. Next day as we're leaving the door wouldn't close shut close!! The parking was horrible. Off site parking $14 bucks a night. I called front desk to ask for extra blankets and towels, had to go downstairs to pick them up myself. No clean up service.

The room was nice. I stayed in the premium king room and the wrap around windows were awesome. The hotel is much smaller than its neighbors which I enjoyed it was quiet and checking in was a breeze. The Radisson next door had at least 20 cars backed up in the street waiting for check in. We stayed here for a concert at Colonial Life Arena. The area is just under a mile away and was an easy walk. We made the walk after the concert even at 11pm. The route was not through any dangerous neighbors and was well lit. There were also plenty of other walkers and police in the area.

This hotel was beyond excellent. The service here was absolutely incredible and every staff member went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable.Each time we asked the staff here for something, they accommodated us. I simply have never felt more at home than I have at this location.Their hotel bar has better service than a real bar, their business center is great, and the rooms and beds are so comfortable.The showers here especially are excellent. So relaxing, clean, and high pressure. Love this hotel!

I'm very picky about room cleanliness, but this room was very clean. Yes, there's outside noise, but there's a hospital nearby so you will hear sirens. Sanitation pick up occurred on Sat night, but after 20 minutes they were gone. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The staff were awesome...they've got the welcome speech down pat and literally answered all questions, to include parking (the only complaint I have is the 3 car space for unloading). Great room, great staff,great location ?

This is a nice place to stay.Everyone else mentioned the parkingThe walk is pretty short and you could pull up in the alley or a reserved loading spot to unload if needed, inconvenient for sure but there is no space for parking anywhere else so not much they could do about it. Adding a back entrance looks silly since it looks like where they take deliveries, something they need to do.The holiday Inn is small but pretty tall. The lobby is finished nicely and the staff are friendly. If you want to have a decent view ask for the side away from the parking structure or above it.Okay the rooms are a little cramped but it's not unbearable.The beds and linen were better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Also their television set up is modern, smart tv with lots of channels for the parts of your stay in the room.

Nice new hotel in columbia. It's nice a clean with just minor quirk on my first two visit but nothing that would prevent me from staying hear again. I haven't tried the food or ordered any cocktails but I will be sure to check out the menu and update my review.

My check in was swift last night. Everything was great with my stay. No complaints. When I woke up my check out was with ease. I checked out on the television in the room. Went downstairs to see if I needed to do anything else. Nope. Dillon was great today. The only issue I had was with the elevator in the parking deck. I had to walk up the stairs with my luggage because the elevator wasn't working. Not the hotels issue at all tho. I'll stay again.
