Sold me 2 wrong cartridges that do not fit the vaporiser I also got there. And they refused to let me return the one I haven’t opened for sanitary reasons? Saying that’s why they told me to double check the cartridge fits my device before I left. Well, I know I should, but you didn’t actually tell me to do that, and I thought you know what you’re doing.
I won’t go back to a shop that can’t own its mistake and just blame everything on customers. You just lost a regular customer. Oh but I bet you’re too cool to care.

This store is a staple in the 5 points area of columbia. They have been around a long time, and have done an excellent job providing party supplies for the area. If they don't have a product they will do their best to get it for you or point you in the right direction to get what you need. This place is an easy 10 out of 10. Kinda staff, respectful transactions, and above all else "DISCRETION" not everyone wants their business out there and they do a great job of not judging and simply giving you the wink of approval while finishing your transaction. Love this place, hope they move to the lexington area so I don't have to drive so far lol
