I went into this drug store to try to transfer all of my prescription drugs. The lady who spoke with me was just so sweet. She hesitated to tell me that they do not accept the two insurances that I have carried as a vets family member and Medicare person. I left feeling so perplexed since I live in a military town. To think that Hawthorn Taylor Pharmacy operates in this town nearby Fort JacksonWhere vets are about 2/5 members of this community This lady was so professional yet this franchise owner is not willing to rethink their policy. Please Sir look into this. I scored your company 3/5 mostly because of this beautiful lady.

Going with a two versus one, because most of the time everyone is really kind when I call. (Mostly)If you need a compound they will send it to your local location.If you are on any time crunch, travel a lot, or don’t want to chase your Semaglutide, this is NOT the right choice.I started the compounded medication, last year, FDA went nuts with it and Hawthorne got blocked from receiving my meds mid re-fill. Not their fault, but I was promised a call multiple times, when it would be available again. This is a titrated med, so it’s all about timing. Never got a call. Months later a friend mentioned it being “back”.I had my paperwork sent over Friday, early morning. I have to start the whole process over now. Didn’t hear anything, till I called Saturday. “I’d get a call Monday.” I gave till today, because of the holiday, still no contact, 5 days now. When I spoke with someone today I was told probably Friday I could get it. Probably.So, a week for a fill? I was told Saturday it’s in stock, no concerns.My husband had another compound sent and picked up the same day (Monday) - so I’m not sure why one gets filled and another does not. Priorities. Time. Organization. Don’t know? but inconsistent, at best.

Manager didn't allow me to get a prescription filled because it was 22.00$ she told me even if she could she wouldn't do it and the fact that I really need this prescription it was like wow..

It's sad when they disregarded what the Doctor office calls in and chose to fill what they want you to have. Doctors office called in refills they decided because I didn't need it refill the last time because I still had some of that one that they would not refill it when the doctor told them to do a refill? Why? It's not up to them if the doctor says it needed a refill then fill it!

I've been getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for 2 years now, & they provide excellent customer service. They treat all customers with dignity, respect, & discretion. I totally recommend them to anyone looking for a family centered pharmacy.

They never send out medication on time. Its scary that I have to give the people providing my kids medication a bad review. This month they are 10-days late does include the fact that they haven't even prepared it which means by the time I receive it they are about 13days late. Please add new staff I'm not sure what issue they have with me but we are not getting the meds on time every month different story its dangerous that I have to give them a baby review and they are the people making his medication. Please help

I don’t ever give bad reviews but I’m pretty disappointed. I was given the wrong dosage of my medication and when I called the pharmacy to let them know they said they’d fill the correct dosage but would not give me a refund on the one I took home. Seems underhanded to charge over 200 dollars for a mistake that wasn’t my fault. Double check your dosages (on the bag AND the bottle) before you leave!
