The floor in this room turned my feet black it was filthy. I had to take a wash rag and clean the floor twice. I rinsed this twice. Then on top of this the room was rented by a Diamond member they charged $75 for a 3lb dog that was cleaner then the room. Please refund my $75 room 201 Oct 13

I called the Hampton Inn, last month to block some rooms for a celebration I was having not far from there. They took my credit xard info and was told to ask for the code CHH500, and my guess was not able to get the rooms under that code. I was disappointed how this was handled and as if today no one is able to cancell the block. I was tramto the Sales dept, Corporate office back to the Columbia location. I hoping I won't b charge on my card. Very unprofessional how this was handled.

My husband stayed here for a work trip and he enjoyed his stay. He said the rooms are very nice. He liked the fact that they had continental breakfast and a pool.
Rooms: Very nice rooms with a dining table and couch.
Nearby activities: Restaurants, gas stations, and Walmart near by.

They had used so much bleach for cleaning that the smell didn't go away no matter how much we left the door and windows open. I do not recommend this hotel.

This location is nice and safe. I would advise you turn onto Clemson road from I-20 because if you come from the other direction of Clemson road there is no turn sign on the traffic light and you will sit there forever.
The hotel is tucked away in a corner and very nice inside. Breakfast was okay. The cranberry juice is Good!!! The front desk staff is nice and the place was clean overall. The room was spacious and felt like a studio apartment. The bathroom is beautiful.

Breakfast, bedding are perfect. Staff was competent and friendly. The bedroom was neglected and in need of proper maintenance. E.g.
-The bedroom curtains were dirty and torn
- the bathtub safety bar was lose and rusted
- furniture were dusty
- AC operates continuously in manual; it even does not regulate temperature (high or low mode)
Pictures provided.
Although I wouldn’t recommend this facility, it can acceptable for one night on business trip. However, it is substandard in comparison to usual Hampton & Hilton facilities.
Food and drinks: Excellent breakfast

Had an outstanding stay there this weekend! Everything was top notch, from start to finish. Jennifer, at the front desk, made things seamless. It’s the little things that matter, ie the daily text check ins to see how the stay is going. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The staff is lovely first and foremost! Everything about this hotel is great except one thing…Can we get bigger TVs? That TV is small and way on the other side of the room. I can’t even see what’s going on on that thing. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.
Rooms: TVs are tiny and outdated.

During a late-night drive back to Atlanta, we hit something on the highway and blew a tire. We called the Hampton Inn around midnight to see if they had a room available, and the front desk staff answered the phone right away and were very polite. We finally checked in around 3AM, exhausted, and despite the late hour, the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Shortly after we got to the room, we got a phone call from the front desk, letting us know we had left our Car lights on. Without that, the car battery would had died overnight, making an already stressful event so much worse. The front desk staff remembered that we had car troubles, and helped avert a catastrophe.

Solid Hampton Inn, good for passing through or spending a few nights. Nothing special but is clean and reliable. I slept great, rooms are large, plenty of parking. Breakfast selection was small but tasty. Fitness center is very small but at least it exists. Would stay again.

They serve good breakfast and the receptionist was really nice . The rooms was but we found a red bug on one.of the beds not sure what kind of bug it was but overall it's a nice hotel

Easy location and good staff. But, inside of shower curtain was very dirty and appeared to be moldy on the bottom. Should never get this bad if cleaning staff was well trained.
