“I am new to the firearms world. I appreciate the patience of the staff. I ordered my glock 43x from the website & it arrived 2 days later.Recently, I was at the range & my gun was misfiring. I asked a gentlemen (I wish I remembered his name) who worked at the counter why it might be happening & on a busy sunday he took the time to look at my gun, show me how to take off the slide, explained some mechanics. He also oiled it & taught me as he did it (free of charge). My glock being new, was very stiff & gave him some trouble with the guide rail but he was patient, and happy to help. I wish I got the gentlemen’s name, he was very polite and I appreciate him and his time.Being new to it all, it can be very intimidating but the environment I have experienced is understanding, patient & informative.
