The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is what stands out to me. Yes, it is expensive, but the selection and quality is top notch. If you go ask for David. He helped me when I made a bad decision and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend them.

I had a emergency where my partner was in need of a last minute Tux and Granger Owings had us in and out in THIRTY minutes. All hands were on deck. They were professional, personable, had THE best environment, customer service was beyond impressive, and they made us feel as if it were a scene from Pretty woman. (Also, their hat game is ON POINT for women....go!)I have never had such a wonderful experience before! Please support this business for all your work, black event, and casual attire needs!

Great experience with tux purchase. Travis was professional and helped me find the best solution for my needs. It's not to be confused with Men's Wearhouse or another chain store. It's a personalized experience that yields the custom outcome you desire.

I wish I could write a glowing review for Granger Owings but the constant missteps and outright deception by their staff make it impossible.I've made several purchases from them over the last two years. Each is its own headache. But the most aggravating was a custom shirt for $200 that I wanted to wear to my own wedding.Mind you, the shirt came first. My original plan was to see how the shirt went and then purchase an entire bespoke suit. Ultimately, the goal was to have a solid, trustworthy clothier here in Columbia. I wanted that to be Granger Owings. But they simply can't be trusted.When the custom shirt first came back, it looked as if it were made for someone else entirely. The sleeves were 2" too short. The collar was over an inch too narrow. Everything else was off.The gentlemen that work there assured me it would be fixed. What did they do to fix this $200 shirt?They moved the button on the collar over. That's literally it. So the button is now out of place and I can now barely button it.The sleeves were still too short. They told me they weren't. I raised my hand and the bottom of the sleeve when halfway up my forearm. They assured me they were not too short, even so.Eventually, I got them to admit that the sleeves are, in fact, way too short. So they agreed to put new sleeves on. Said it would take "about 2 weeks"At this point, the wedding is approaching, I've already had a suit made elsewhere but I still want this shirt. So I call. "The shirt isn't ready yet but should be by next week"But then they call back and its magically ready. Huh. So I go in the next day. The sleeves haven't been touched. At all. Not replaced. Nothing. They never sent it out.Of course, they're literally lying to my face saying that it had been. What am I going to do? Argue? I just left. A $200 mistake is going to save me tens of thousands in headaches in the years to come.Good riddance, Granger Owings. If ownership knew what they were doing, they'd remove the two guys from the main store. Because after speaking to other friends that won't go back in there, they are the reasons this place is losing business hand over fist.

Highly recommend Granger Owings. I procrastinated a little too long and needed a tux rental for my brothers and I on short notice for my wedding. I went by a couple other places before finding Granger Owings. All 3 of us live in different states, which posed a small problem for getting measurements, haha. No problem for David though. He got the measurements and picked the tux sizes and everything went great.

With a wedding coming up, we decided to shop local and give Granger Owings a try. From booking, to response, to the actual fitting and consult...it couldn’t have gone any better. LV was incredibly kind, engaging, and professional. Within 10 mins, we knew we’d made a great choice. After getting to know us, each & every option and choice was so easy. Walking out with a custom wedding suit, wonderful blazer, and all the extras was amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for all of your men’s clothing needs. Best money spent, lifelong happy customer.
