I could not imagine NOT having Dr. Rojas and staff as a part of my health care team. If you're luck enough to be a patient of anyone physician in the practice, you'll never want to leave. Check out the classes they offer as well. Best - thanks for all you do to support the community!!

Great Caring Staff. They address all concerns. Give great info on how to take better care of yourself. Great programs they have to join for healthy lifestyle to live.

I have been a patient at Grace for about the last 10 years. They are absolutely wonderful. The follow up from staff particularly Amber is exceptional. And, Dr. Rojas is like a doctor/sister/confidante who you can tell happy every ache, pain and discomfort in all areas of your life and she listens and provides the care you need.

I'm surprised to read negative comments...everyone knows you wait (sometimes) at the doctor's office...
Dr. Betts is very good and Tracy at the front desk is very friendly... I have had them go above and beyond to help me on several occasions.

I have never been more disappointed in a business. I went in to set up an appointment. I was very rudely told that they were closed for a staff meeting from 12-3. I told the gentleman that I was trying to make an appointment and had been calling all day. He again very rudely said I'll give you a call later. He did not ask my name or contact information to "give me a call later". Like many things, when establishing a relationship with a doctor, first impressions are everything!

My mother was prescribed blood pressure meds that had Rogaine in it, and something else with water pills. Their blatant neglect worsen my mother's condition. You can not get it wrong, and be unavailable when further advise is sought. Voicemail is constantly filled, no return phone calls, no follow up. Shame on this medical establishment for taking advantage of the elderly population. I am repulsed...

I have experienced AWFUL service at this doctors office. I'm a new patient this year. My first and second visit went good. When I went in for my third visit I was told I was squeezed in after lunch and she only had time to discuss one issue I was having. She, Dr. Michelle Rojas, advised me to wait until my next appointment to discuss my "other issue". I thought that was very unprofessional! If you're my doctor and I'm sitting here in your face , why not discuss what's going on with me. This visit was after my 3 trips to the ER btw. Lets fast forward to said next appointment, yes I went back, but only for some results. My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. I arrived at 2, paid my co-pay and was advised to wait in my car. I did just that. I wasn't called until 2:33 pm to come inside. I went in and got my vitals checked, and then was placed in a room. I was advised there was one person before me, but Dr. Rojas would be in shortly. I waited, waited, and waited until the clock struck 3:18 pm. I walked out and spoke to her nurse who advised that she was still in with another patient. I asked about how much longer she would be because I had to return to work. She advised she didn't know, but would have her call me for a virtual appointment if I left. I left because I had been waiting for 1 hour and 18 minutes. I told her nurse that this was unacceptable. She apologized for everything and stated I would get a call that afternoon. I never got that call. I was referred here by family members that said she was a good thorough doctor. I'm not sure what has happened, but this level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.

My father has been a patient and personal acquaintance to Dr. S Darby for many years but everytime we come in for an appointment the front desk staff is unprofessional. Today confirmed our decision to leave this practice. Shane at the front desk was beyond rude when we came to the office for an scheduled appointment that was rescheduled and we weren't notified due to Dr. Darby's nurse not updating my father's file. Shane was laughing at my father while he was trying to understand how an appointment can rescheduled and the patient did not confirm the rescheduled day was suitable. Dr. Darby's nurse just transferred me to Shane without providing any explanation of this change. My detail was given to Bridget, manager and I hope these two individuals are retrained on how to speak with patients before losing additional patients.

I have been a patient of Cynthia Matthews-Betts, M.D., for many years. She treats me with excellence and is always considerate of every need. All of the staff members are very helpful. The only thing that I would suggest is make certain all your regular medications are kept called into the pharmacy you use so that you never run the risk of running out.

The staff seems extremely unprofessional. I go in to fill out a new patient packett i was not offered a pen nor clip board. Mind you they stood there a minute before acknowledging me at the window. Two weeks prior I called to get a packett was told he would email me and that took 3 days to get in a format that i couldn't fill out online i would've had to print it out. Lastly I was told they would call to set up an appointment after waiting a week i had to cell only to be told that Yvette is a long waiting list and they operate firstCome first serve... I only tried them because when i lived here before they were awesome be but it seems like it is a far cry from how it once was

They never get back with you and they basically treat there patients like there second class citizens. The nurses are terrible at calling in there patients prescriptions or filling out paperwork the patients needs from other medical physicians. If you really have a serious illness I wouldn’t advice this office at all!

Dr. Rojas is the best GP I've ever had!! She's thorough and truly embraces what's best for me and my wellbeing. I love the fact that she combines western medicine and homeopathic pathways.
