The folks at Glass Doctors put pride in their customer service for sure. Everyone I spoke with, whether in customer service (helping me reschedule twice!) or in the field (doing estimates and the replacement work), was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. Both getting the estimate and the work done was quick and smooth. I've used Glass Doctors before, years ago (on the same window! Kids!). I was pleased with their service then and I am pleased with their service now. Highly recommend!

Glass doctor was great. I had to replace a window pane at my business and got a few estimates. I must say they were hundreds of dollars lower than the other companies and once my new glass came in didn't take but 10 minutes max to install. Will definitely use again in future.

My technician Steve was super sweet. He arrived earlier which was no issue at all! It actually worked out for me. Lol. He was quick and my glass looks amazing. Much cheaper than other places annd still has amazing customer service and quality! Would def recommend Glass Doctor to anyone!

The it was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I did not have any issues after the windshield was installed.
