I shop Garners several times a year and have always had a great experience. I’ve always been acknowledged upon entering the store, have been offered assistance and have been left alone to browse and shop without pressure. My last visit has me over the moon. I purchased a glass item, went to Publix and broke the item I purchased while shopping. On the recommendation of someone at Publix, I went back to Garners to see if they would help me in some way. With 10 minutes left before closing, the ladies were just as pleasant as the first time I went in. They gave me the exact same item without any issues or hesitation. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Went to garners for the first time this past week. It was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Hoping to do more business. They might have to ship my products to me which they said they can.

I wish I could find a place like this near me. Great place for all of your natural needs. Friendly staff and they actually had sea moss in stock. In California it's hard to find.

Customer service is horrible! I was the only customer in the store and they allowed me to walk around for 15 mins without asking me if I needed anything. Made eye contact with me but never spoke until I left without purchasing anything. Two imbeciles behind the counter laughing at something on the computer and two behind the back counter with no mask on running their mouths about nothing. I will take my money elsewhere.

I went here in search of a random herbal remedy. I had been to 6 other places before then that day. Not only did the associate in the store know what I was talking about (a first for that day) but he also was able to show me where it was in the store and if e suggestions on which brand to get.Service like that makes me a loyal customer!

I always visit the heath food stores in whatever city I'm in. This was a nice store. I was spoilt for choice. I especially liked the fresh bee pollen and the variety of CBD oils. Somewhat pricey but you will find what you need. I would have loved to see less packaged and more loose herbs.

When you walk into this beautiful place you are instantly hit with the aroma of essential oils, I love it. They have all the vitimans and suppliments you could ask for. They carry CBD products, salt lamps, teas, skin care, all kinds of good quality things. I mostly hit them up in the fall because they have every flavor of Emergency you could ask for.

I did not feel welcome there. Which is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to visiting this establishment because they have a wide variety of CBD products, but they were not very friendly towards me and my fiancé and I have read other reviews on here similar to mine. I’m very disappointed :(

Cool little holistic spot in Trenholm Plaza. They can be bit pricey, but these types of places generally are. You also have to look at their location. They carry a wide range of natural items, including CDB oil. Check them out if you're in need of natural pain relievers, ointments, salves, and such.

Small, but well stocked and prices seem reasonable. I was getting CBD oil. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend
