Ordered a ps4 controller for store pick up. Store was clean and neat. Staff was prompt and courteous.

I ordered a Nintendo switch online and it was defective. I took it to this site and Matthew not only assisted in figuring out the issue he fixed the problem by switching my system with new one. The store was incredibly busy and they were moving fast but he took the time to fully assist me.
