I've self-moved many times and always called upon the friends & family to help. This was the first time I’ve ever used a moving company and it was worth every penny! Andrew was very helpful to me in route planning and pricing my move to upstate SC. Pierce, Donnie & Ryan arrived promptly in the morning and listened to my concerns (I had several antique furniture pieces and lots of breakables packed in totes). They developed a plan for loading from the storage units and then unloading at the new house. They took time & care in wrapping my items with blankets, plastic and/or strapping. They were helpful in placing totes and furniture in the rooms where I wanted them. Not only were these young men polite & respectful, they hustled and worked very hard. I could not be happier with the job they did. Amazing service, exceptional staff! Highly recommend Gamecock Moving!

We had a wonderful experience with Gamecock Movers yesterday. Joe and Jordan moved my daughter’s bedroom stuff from storage unit to 2nd floor apartment yesterday in 90 degree heat. They were professional and friendly. Ready early and finished quickly! Highly recommend

My day started at 4am and I just wrapped up for the day at 10:15pm. College moves are not for the weak… Gamecock Moving - Movers Columbia SC literally saved my life today. My son was on a 4th floor apartment the furthest you could be from any door with a move to another apartment complex. I closed my apple watch steps and workout ring more than TWICE today if that gives you any idea…
Jordan, Pierce and Kyle have to be the hardest working AND the darn nicest movers in the entire universe. Not one thing was broken, not one wall or piece of furniture was scratched. And they were so kind and cheerful- like how in the tarnation could anyone be so polite and happy while lifting heavy yhings in sweltering Columbia heat all freaking day?? And yet- they absolutely were.
We ended up hiring these guys after our original move in date was botched and it was honestly a blessing in disguise. If you need anything moved- call them. We spent the evening cleaning and unpacking and I wished I could have kept those boys with us. They are THAT good! I owe the friend who recommended them a drink, or maybe a kidney or something if they ever need one because that was hands down the best recommendation I have ever been given! ????♥️ #bestmoversever #gamecockmovers #junioryearloading

Gamecock Movers moved me to another state a month ago. They loaded the truck on Tuesday, stored everything at their warehouse overnight and moved long distance on Wednesday. A crew of 4 showed up each day and they were awesome! It was so hot but they worked hard and nonstop until the job was finished. Everyone was so nice and polite. What a great team. They took good care of my items and nothing was broken. I have already recommended them to others.

Gamecock Moving showed up like a shiny star when my previous movers cancelled on me only one week before the move. They are amazingly friendly, professional, and efficient. The entire process with Gamecock moving was very easy. They had great communication from the time I booked to the day of. Bo, Rick, and John were efficient and professional. All our items got transported safe and sound.

I had Gamecock movers come out yesterday. Matthew, Jordan, and Bo were the best team. They were able to pack, move, and set up my furniture in 2 hours. They were kind, personable, and efficient. I highly suggest them for your next move!

Super efficient, reliable and of course— a huge help! Joe, Pierce, Quintin, and John were great sports on a warm summer morning! The hourly rate was super reasonable and they knocked the move out in no time. I highly recommended them to anyone in need of a moving service!

We have used Gamecock Moving twice within the past couple of months.
The first time was to move medical equipment, which was spur of the moment and they were able to work us into their schedule. The second time was to move household items.
Our movers were extremely polite, had great communication and took great care of our items.
We will definitely use again in the future.

We all know that the process of moving sucks, but these guys made it so seamless and smooth. Kyle S., Jordan S., and Dylan K. were a phenomenal team that not only took great care of our furniture and items, but were professional and personable as well. I will absolutely be coming back to Gamecock Moving and asking for this team specifically if I ever need to move in the future. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience with Gamecock Moving. I recently used them for a downsizing move. The team of Andrew, Gordon, Adam and John were not only very respectful and professional to me personally they stayed on task and were very conscientious about protecting my furniture. I spoke with Spencer when I made my initial contact. He followed up with me promptly and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I have moved many times in the past and this was my best experience. If you are presently looking for a moving company I would highly recommend using them.
