Galeana was able to help me after I had been turned down by several other shops due to my car being already broken down and due to other body shops not accepting 3rd party insurance companies. The folks at Galeana Body Shop are awesome. They were able to diagnose my damages and get me in for a quick fix! End product looked great and they even fixed some noises the dealership across the street wouldn’t bother with. I recommend 10/10!Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT GO HERE. Our car has been in twice and it is still coming back with a check engine light. They are not returning phone calls, no communication, providing false statements on receipts of what was "fixed", refusing to take accountability for their work, showing indifference to our situation. My experience and customer service I received at the shop was poor. I was patient and understanding due to Covid parts took longer than expected. There is still no excuses for the poor communication and bad service. Due to my vehicle sitting up in the shop waiting on parts my dash got messed up. John the manager still haven’t reached back out to me on fixing the issue. I have paint chips around the driver side of the vehicle where it was supposedly done professionally by the shop after my accident. I have fenders that are not even snapped correctly together. Even though I took my vehicle early from the shop due to it being almost a year at the shop, it’s no excuse for how my vehicle was serviced. When I took my vehicle from the shop it was only waiting on two bumper pieces and fender flare for passenger side, that should’ve been missing because my accident was on my driver side. Amazing experience! I was on a road trip to the beach when I hit a loose tire. The undercarriage shield of my car broke off and was dragging. I took it to Galeana, and they took care of it before I could finish eating my bagel. Now I’m back on the road and I will make it to my family reunion. Galeana service was 5/5.

The Kia service center has systemic and persistent communication and customer service issues from management level down to the lowest level. This has been the single worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my 43 years, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. I had my car towed to Galeana Kia from Charlotte on 07 February. I am from Charleston, the car broke down Charlotte while my wife was on trip with my daughter. Getting the car towed to Galeana Kia went fine, arranged to drop off with the service department for a diagnostic that was scheduled for their earliest date 2/17 which was the earliest date available. I called on Friday the 11th to see if the date had been moved up due to cancelations or anything and they said it hadn't, I said alright thanks. Called again the following Tuesday (15th) again to make sure it was still going to be Thursday, they said yes and seemed annoyed that I was asking. Transferred me to the service provider/technician (I’m actually not sure what his title or role is), someone named Lavarous. He didn't answer but had a voice mail message saying he would return calls as soon as possible. Left a message, never heard back. So decided to just wait until Thursday as they said they would give me a call. On Thursday did not hear anything, and it was 5:30pm, 30 minutes from closing. I gave them a call to get a status update. After waiting on hold for 15-20 minutes the service agent came on and told me it was in the shop and that Lavarous would give me a call back when they finished. Never heard anything. At 3:00pm the next day I had still not heard anything. I call and service reception transferred me to Lavarous' line which was not answered and mailbox full. I called back only to be transferred to the same line I had just said was not answered and mailbox was full, and again it was not answered. I called back a third time and was transferred to a service representative who gave me attitude right from the start and throughout the phone call and essentially said she had nothing to tell me. At this point it was all I could do not to flip out...and I'm a pretty even-keeled guy. But I didn’t flip out as I knew that wouldn’t help matters. She asked if I would like a manager to give me a call and I calmly said I would and thanked her despite here abrasive and annoyed tone (even-though veins were about to burst in my forehead) ….I never heard from the manager nor any other service rep/service provider the rest of the day. I decided I was going to wait to hear from them as every time called they would tell me someone would give me a call…no one ever did. I never received a phone call or status update at any point during this whole ordeal. 11 days after the diagnostic was supposed to be on the 28th, I called back. I was informed that my car had not yet gone for diagnostic and was being seen in 3 days….At that point I asked the service center rep to discontinue any work, and that I was sending a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. They said okay, and they would make sure the keys were available for the tow truck driver. When the tow truck driver arrived the rep at the desk had no idea why he was there and asked me (as the tow truck driver had me on speaker on his phone) “sir did someone tell you your car was ready? It’s not ready.” To which I replied “no, no one has called to tell me anything the entire 3 ½ weeks it’s been there, which is why I sent a tow truck to tow it to another dealership.” Paid $180 to have it towed to Orangeburg where the experience has been night and day. They are already working the recalls and repairs and have had great communication throughout. Best $180 I have ever spent. Trust me, my experience cannot be unique. Galeana service department does not care about your business. My advice is get your work done go somewhere else if you can, their problems are way bigger than one person or at one level. You have been warned…..

They're using current market conditions to charge thousands more than other dealerships are selling the same vehicles for. Prices are also advertised much lower online and over the phone, then exorbitant market fees are added once you're sitting in the chair.

John went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. My car has been in their shop 2 times and both times they did a great job. Everyone has been very professional and kind. My car looks great and can't tell it was ever damaged!I drive a GM vehicle but was referred to them and I am so happy I decided to use their shop.The service manager Jeff also did a great job getting my car taken care of.Thank you to all the employees who have helped getting my car repaired!Services: Oil change

Michaela & Amanda were amazing. They ordered the parts needed to repair my car in a timely manner, provided a fair estimate, and fixed my car within a reasonable amount of time. In a stressful situation, they put my mind at ease.I would definitely use Galeana's Body shop in the future. Wonderful genuine people are hard to find. Galeana body shop did a fantastic job repairing my car after an accident. When I got it back, I could not tell that it had ever been wrecked either in the car’s appearance or in the way it drives. The staff there are also amazing. They were very kind, very helpful, and very understanding any time I called to check on the status of my repair (special shoutouts to Makayla and John). If your car needs repair, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for the quality of their work and the quality of their staff.Services: Tires
