I had an appointment today for brakes and from the time I got there I felt like I was being told the truth and they let me ask all my questions. I have been going to this Mavis location since moving to Columbia SC

Went to visit Mavis Tires & Brakes on hardscrabble because I had a flat tire and another low tire. I had a problem erupt due to someone replacing the wrong tire, and ended up having to return two days later. Jason was so helpful, respectful, & nice. He made sure I got the correct tire replaced and even gave me a discount for my troubles. If you do end up visiting this location ask for Jason, you won’t regret it!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say I recently visited Mavis Tires and Brakes - Columbia (Hard Scrabble location), and although there was a mix-up initially, Jason went above and beyond to make things right. During the initial visit, the original technician accidentally replaced the wrong tire, but after I explained the situation, Jason stepped in and provided exceptional service. He was incredibly kind and helpful to both my sister and me, ensuring that the correct tire was quickly replaced without any hassle. Jason’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction turned a potential issue into a positive experience. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes, especially if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by someone like Jason!
