Called over 16 stores to help us with a blown trailer tire. Either they did not have the tire, people, time to help or uncomfortable working on a trailer. Caleb was willing to help and made it happen 10 minutes before closing. Great customer service from this location. Thank you Caleb!

If I could leave a rating of zero stars, I would. I took my Ford F150 pickup to Mavis for brakes on March 19 and they told me they replaced the pads and one rotor on that visit. I was charged $380.00 with the understanding the job had been completed as requested.
May 15th, I took my truck back over there for an oil change and asked that they check a fluid leak I noticed. The young lady that helped me, said she would call me with an estimate and I never heard anything until after the oil was changed which cost me $100.22. I was informed the leak was the rear seal on my transmission and they could not preform the repair, which was fine with me. What really upset me, was that they told me my brakes had 40% life left on the front and 45 % left on the rear. There is no way that they did my brakes less than two months prior as they claim.
Will I recommend Mavis on Bluff Rd to anyone....NOPE! I'll stick with my regular mechanic who I trust completely.
Update to my review. On Thursday, August 15th, my regular mechanic (who I completely trust) told me that my truck had a "studder" when the brakes were applied. He said Mavis didn't do ****. He had to replace the pads, front rotors and rear drums....just over $500.00 work. Mavis Tire on Bluff Rd? NEVER again! Big rip-off!

This place is amazing!! I am from Maryland moving my daughter into college and I hit a pothole and blew a tire. Jennifer was so kind and helpful and had the tire I needed. They replaced my tire and did the alignment in under an hour. They were my heros today!!!!
