This was my first time renting with Fox Rentals and Mrs Pam was very helpful. She’s very sweet knowledgeable and understanding to any circumstance and placed me in a rental with no problem. Her husband John goes above and beyond to make each customer feel welcome and want to return. I would definitely refer to family and friends and This location is my top pick. Great place to rent a car from. Mrs.Pam helped me get everything I needed done within an hour ??. I would recommend using this rental service plus has a reasonable deposit for the vehicles on there lot. Mrs.Pam and Mr.Doug are wonderful people to work with.

I was recently a new customer and I must say they are great.. I have no complaints. I've rented from them from last Monday up till this past Monday and they've treated me with the upmost respect also they worked with me in everyway. They're prices are good and they don't ask for much. My advice to all future customers is to keep your word, take care of they're cars and make sure you stay in contact with them because they will work with you as long as you pay them when you say. I would honestly recommend them to anyone who needs a rental without all the hassle. Thank you Fox Rentals ??

Came all the way from LA, California to Columbia, SC for my brother’s graduation at Fort Jackson. Fox Rentals went above and beyond for me. The owners are the sweetest people ever. Thank you for this amazing rental and allowing me to rent a car to take my brother around town. Without them, my trip would’ve been a disaster and overpriced with uber ! The cost is very affordable and fair. Take care of their rentals and they will 100% take care of you. Thank you so much !

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my workers enemy. That lady and her husband are so unprofessional they’re rude they take advantage of the elderly they stalk you and have the nerve to switch up the prices whenever they feel the need to…..they should be shut down!!!!their cars are filthy and they have the nerve to steal the deposit
