Dr. Carr is a great and caring vet. Although my dog isn't fond of him. He does a very patiently and excellent job with him.
The staff is very friendly as well. It just a shame they're understaffed. However, the people there are amazing.

You can never get in to see anyone, been trying for a year but they can never see you. They send you off base and they over charge or lie about what your animal has cause they know base can't see us. This is horrible and ridiculous. I get service dogs get seen first but there are not that many on this stupid base!!! You all need yo do better! Or animals are just as important.

Good luck getting them to pick up the phone. I called seven times over 2 days and continued to get the same message and never received a call back. They are cheaper than other vets, but booked out for weeks and never answer.

While this clinic is not open to the public, it is a great benefit to Servicemembers and their families. The prices are low in comparison to other clinics off the installation (Fort Jackson). I never had a dog until my current furry child. All the personnel at the clinic were very helpful with information and so understanding! I got my girl spayed there for half the price I was quoted at another clinic. Additionally, CPT Cole even gave me a courtesy call to let me know how the surgery went before I picked up my girl!!! I'm super happy with this place. The only thing I wish I could change is their available appointments. Understandably, they usually book up quick because priority goes to the Army mission, to include the working dogs and non-animal vet services.

I had a very unique and urgent issue with my dog and they went above and beyond to help me get his meds so that he wouldn't miss a dose. The person that helped me absolutely made my day and didn't have to do everything they did. I appreciate them beyond measure!
