Great shoes but their small "Exchange Only" signs don't convey to customers that there is an absolute No Refund policy. I informed them people should be verbally told this prior to a purchase.

Highly recommend the oofos! The Oocloogs are comfortable, breathable, and provide me with great support being that I do not have an arch. As well as the slip on design is very convenient for me.

Very knowledgeable, unhurried staff, patient with questions, offered great advice and recommendations, fit my elderly father carefully and precisely with correct size, type, style of shoes. I saw a notable difference in my dad’s gait and balance after Sylvia fit him and he tried a few pairs. Sylvia took much more time than we ever expected, her obvious experience is immeasurable. She found the right fit, orthotics, made suggestions but did not push us at all for a sell, though because of her and the gentleman’s professionalism, genuine concern for the PROPER shoe and fit, the time taken with us, educating us on correct placement of foot in shoes, as well as method for lacing to get accurate fit, we left with three different pairs of shoes and my dad could not be more pleased! For the first time we’ve ever been shopping he had a smile on his face with each pair he tried. I bought all three!(casual, dress, slippers). I took my mom there multiple times over the years and have purchased shoes for myself as well. I cannot say enough about the quality of care we received today from the moment we walked in the door to the time we left- as always when I have been in. They offer top quality shoes, brands, orthotics, aids, and take the time to assist you. These are not cheap shoes and well worth every penny when coupled with the experience of staff. You will not be disappointed, they will dedicate time to assist you with not only selection and fit but offer suggestions and not necessarily costly ones. In fact, Sylvia discouraged me from spending money on items we found he really did not need while helping find the correct orthotics for his particular condition.If you are looking for a quality shoe, a proper fitting, knowledgeable staff, specialized care, superb service this is the place you need to visit and let them help you as they have helped me, my mother & my dad. Worth the trip ( an hour drive for us) and money was well spent. Well done guys, your reputation precedes you! Thank you for all your time and help with my dad. He’s loving his shoes- all 3 pairs.

My husband and I visited this location via word of mouth. Initially, the visit went well until my husband stated that he simply didn’t like the color selection available for the show that he tried on. Upon mentioning that he would definitely purchase one of the therapeutic slides that he tried on and purchase a shoe elsewhere, the older lady (whose name escapes me at the moment) became very combative with his choice. Long story short…we were happy with the knowledge that was provided, but privately owned or not - a little customer courtesy goes a long way. (Especially when my husband himself is a physical therapist, is knowledgeable as well, but simply did not like the single color option available for the shoe that was provided).We shopped elsewhere and were treated better, but I still wish we didn’t spend the $90 for the slides. Lesson learned. Won’t shop there and won’t recommend.(Update) While I’m glad to see that you actively read your reviews, I stand by my statement. My husband’s name would be the one in your system as the purchased was for him. So, I and my “fake” account will continue to spend elsewhere. Ridiculous ?

After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and neuropathy I needed good shoes. Sylvia, Tammy and Sion were helpful and friendly. They took care of my needs. I was so impressed I filled out an application and I am now working and helping other people with foot issues. I highly recommend Foot Savi.

I bought a pair of Dansko water sandals to take on a cruise to the Bahamas. Best decision ever! The adjustable straps were great because my feet swelled. They were lightweight and comfortable all day. I even got in the water with them on, and they dried just perfect. Highly recommend this store! They know their stuff!

I happened upon this store quite by accident while visiting another store in the area. As I walked by, I noticed some cute shoes in the window and went in to check it out. I was immediately met by Sylvia who offered to help me. I explained that I have had one knee replacement and am in need of another. My shoes definitely make a difference. I am also a retired teacher who spent 30 years on my feet. Sylvia began to show me some of the shoes and different brands they have to offer. She was very attentive, not pushy at all, and very honest in a polite way about what looked good on my foot and what fit my foot the best. She was also very patient. Because I went when the seasons are just beginning to transition from winter shoes to summer sandals I decided to wait until they got more sandals in stock. Since then, I have been back two more times. The second time, I met Tammy and she was just as patient, attentive, and helpful as Sylvia. I am honestly blown away by the customer service in this store. That, plus the quality of the shoes brought me back a third time! I don’t mind spending money for good quality supportive shoes that are good for my feet. I also want cute and attractive shoes. They have both athletic and fun styles, something for everyone. I will DEFINITELY be back.

I have scoliosis, and my back was hurting badly while at work. I visited The Orthocare Place last Saturday: a scan of my feet revealed high pressure on my right heel. The associate measured my feet and introduced me to your orthotics, as well as a high end shoe that could benefit me. She informed me that my current shoes were TOO wide, and a tighter fit would hold my ankles better.I did not buy the shoes, but the orthotics were AMAZING. I now have them in both my work shoes.I was especially pleased at the lack of sales pressure. Using correct size and width, I was able to purchase ordinary shoes that fit WAY better than what I had. I no longer have the back pain I did, and highly recommend your store.

The place has cute shoes and nice employees but the diabetic inserts I got hurt my feet so bay after only using them 1 hour that it took 3 days for the pain to suside

We had a remarkable experience! My son has very flat feet as has been battling different pains. After orthotics from the Orthocare place my son is pain- free! I am a physical therapist and very picky where I shop. I highly recommend The Orthocare Place to all my patients and for my own family.
