“This is an edited review: My boyfriend bought a lovely bouquet of 7 red roses and 7 white lilies and was delivered Monday night. Two of the red roses were dead by the second morning. Another one was dead today. I tried to email the business, contacted them through their website, and called numerous times. No one picked up, their voicemail was full, and the email address is not deliverable. I could not get a hold of anyone to guarantee my flowers. After about 48 hours, I did get a call from Ruby (likely contacting her through the website). Once the connection was made, the customer service was wonderful. A new bouquet was delivered which was just as beautiful as the first (but have lasted a lot longer :). I would not hesitate to buy from them again!”
