They have invested in some useful technology to help assess your feet and gait and what parts of your feet are enduring the most body weight during walking and standing. Syanna was a pleasure to work with and helped me select new shoes that work well for me and my needs. Some of their shoes may be less expensive elsewhere, but the exceptional customer service and the investment they make in their technology keeps me coming back.

While i didnt end up buying anything at the end of my time in the building, the employee that helped me out gave me some advice on shoe selections and what was available in the columbia area. When they did not have the shoe i was looking for, he showed me similar shoes and was inquisitive about what i was looking for.
Only thing that bothered me is that I was looking for a specific shoe for my wife and the salesman kept trying to sell me a pair of shoes.

Today I went to Fleet Feet because I heard great things about the location on Forest Drive. Unbeknownst to me that the service I received would be opposite to the great things I heard. I work at a pharmacy and I stand for hours so I wanted to get good shoes. After entering the store I was greeted then told someone would be right with me. Absolutely no one was in the store and the older lady continued talking to another employee. A white older male came in and the older lady that greeted me promptly greeted and attended to the older white gentleman. The other girl came to me but gave me a whole lot of excuses as to why she could not help me. To be honest, this is the first time in my life that I felt I was racially profiled. I don't know if they thought I didn't have money or what but I came after work in my scrubs so it was clear I worked. I am disappointed by the service and they indeed lost a customer. Went to Champion and bought 2 pairs of Nike shoes totalling over 400.00. So your loss. Thank you but I do not recommend this store.

Stood there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment of any employee. They said if we don’t need help and know what we want to go ahead and I knew the shoes I wanted. Finally when getting an employee attention she couldn’t get me a size because she was grabbing someone else’s shoe. I wasn’t aware that they couldn’t just grab a pair. Don’t recommend this location very unfriendly. Trying the Irmo location next and hopefully isn’t a disappointment like this one.

I’m blanking on the lady’s name who helped me yesterday evening but was very pleased with my experience here. She helped through the whole process of getting me fit for a shoe and insole personalized for my feet. Great and friendly customer service, will definitely come back!

Didn’t feel very welcome. One of the associates that interacted with us seems to be discouraging us for a shoe fitting. We decided to take out business elsewhere

Love love love the atmosphere while walking in the store! Instantly greeted and the customer service is just incredible!! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, highly recommended, I tell everyone I know to get fitted at feet fleet!

Maggie was super knowledgeable and kind! She took her time and let me ask tons of questions. She brought out several pairs of shoes for me to try ( literally like 10 pairs) without complaining or even hesitating. Overall the store was very clean and everyone was super nice. I will definitely be coming back.
