I’ve been banking with FCB for a couple of years now. They hold not only my personal accounts but also my business account. Although I’ve been to a couple of branches, I’ve landed here at the Forest Drive location and couldn’t be happier!!! Steve is the best face of FCB. He is always very upbeat and encouraging. He recognizes and acknowledges the growth we have both seen in my small business. It is always a true pleasure to walk through that front door and see him smiling and ready!!!
Thank you for being a light unto my path!!! You are the best of us. Keep shining!!!

VERY RUDE! My place of employment hold an account there, went to cash a check thru drive thru before 9 am. Was told no and the speaker was turned off in my face and everyone at the window turned their backs on me

Worst bank I have ever been with. I called about a deposit and asked if anything I pending, the guy says he doesn’t see anything and hangs up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional. Closing my account after this weekend.

Literally the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They are horrifyingly rude and have the worst customer service I've encountered. They make Wal-Mart look like a giant ray of sunshine. These people don't work with their customers on anything. Don't waste your time with First Community. Go to ANY other bank instead.

Were that bad reviews all written by the same person? I have used many of the branches and never had anything but helpful nice. When I go in my local branch they call me by name and always know all about my accounts.

I have wanted to find a local bank to use as I like to invest into our community. After having a horrible experience with a local credit union, I switched to First Community and it has been the best decision I've made! Rachel Hair helped me get everything set up and was extremely knowledgeable about everything! It was great to finally find a place that cares more about me then just the money in my account. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ever since I found about about Wells Fargo essentially stealing from their account holders I knew I had to move my accounts to a local bank that has core values that aligns better with mine. I went a long time without taking action until I met Rachel Hair down at First Community Bank on Forest Drive. I have pretty extensive banking needs so she met with me down at a branch closer to my home and personally sat with me for 3 hours to hep guide me through the process and to make sure I got everything I needed. Then she followed up with me to make sure things got done. I'll never bank anywhere else again. Thanks Rachel!

Awful. I feel like the positive reviews are completely fake people. Their staff is horrible. Rude, unhelpful and mean. They won't help you with anything related to your account. Ugh.

Literally the worst bank I've ever dealt with. The employees are the rudest people imaginable. This institution doesn't even remotely care about its customers. Nasty attitudes, the heartlessness of a big bank, yet none of the perks. Go to First Citizen it literally any other bank instead.

I will never bank here. I went in with a friend to see about opening an account, but left disgusted at the way they treated my friend. The lady was short and rude and rolled her eyes when he asked her questions. And she never helped him with his problem.

Friendly alert! One of my girlfriends recently switched to First Community Bank and was impressed by how friendly and how easy it was to bank woth them. I was hesitant but after hearing how hapoy she was, I made the plunge. I showed up unannounced and was treated like family! Everyone was so friendly and it seemed like one big family. I was able to sign up for a new account and credit card and was told about the app, which is super easy to use. I am very happy with First Community Bank

I met with First Community Bank about 3 weeks ago after having a horrible experience with BOA. From the moment I entered, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I met with Rachel to see what First Community offers and I spoke with other people who switched from other companies to First Community to see what they thought. Everyone I spoke with was very happy with their decision to switch to First Community. I am in the process of switching to them as well. They are top notch!

I have banked with First Citizens Bank and I have been having a horrible experience with them since they merged a couple of years ago. I heard about First Community Bank and how they know their customers and take care of them. I went by yesterday and Rachel Hair was amazing!! She took great care of me and assisted me with all of my needs!! I highly recommend this bank and Rachel they care about you and the atmosphere was so welcoming!!
