I deposit money for my shop every morning and every morning I actually look forward to it. The crew knows me by name and have always been friendly. Firm believer customer service takes precedence over sales and the crew at First Citizens excels at it. I appreciate all of you- Rome

Tellers are amazing, great customer service. Only time i had a problem was when i talked to a white lady in a room regarding my account and she was rude.
