last month i went in the morning, i had a deposit slip filled out with my cash. i went inside and handed it to the the lady, she said she needed my id. she said we are required to see an id when making a cash deposit. and i was new to this bank because i just created a account so i didn’t know. so i went and gave her my id. then the following week i went and the man helped me because the lady was busy. i did another cash deposit with my deposit filled out. he did not asked to see my id. and in my other bank they do not ask for my id, so whyyy did the lady need my id??? i feel she was so racial profiling me. i feel so mad.

Bank manager refused service (asked why I needed it the money then asummed I was stealing when in fact I’m trying to pay his rent) even after proving I was on the account that for some reason was not good enough. Then they told me to bring my disabled veteran father up there which he physically cant so they told me to leave.

Would you like friendly, helpful tellers who are willing to help you with unusual banking issues without hearing " that's not included in my pay grade" then take your business to the Rosewood branch.

The ATM wasn't terrible. It was a little old-fashioned but what bothered me about it was that I requested to withdraw some money then it tells me that it is over the limit. They don't tell you what the limit is so then you have to guess and they give you a limited number of tries so you better guess right. What would be wrong with just putting on the screen you requested over our limit of whatever five. six. seven hundred dollars it doesn't matter but just tell us. It's not terrible but it's not first class.

Went in yesterday to get information about transferring my 401k to this location and Larry was extremely helpful. This man gave good solid advice and wasn't looking just to gain my business in another aspect but was making sure i made the right decision for me. He was a huge help in giving me information about the services of the bank that they offer that i had no clue that they did. I don't usually go inside a bank i am the atm kinda guy but its always a pleasure everytime i step in the building.

Very personable bank. I have not come across anyone in the Customer Service area that have not treated me as a valued customer/client.
