Unfriendly staff don't speak to you at all.The people work here are like walmart workers they don't want you to talk to them.They just want you to get out the store.I was looking spend some money but no one helped me so I left.Dont expect help here they need just take all the stuff out the case so you can purchase it cause no one comes to the cases or even talks to you for that fact.Then when I looked at the two girls they just looked and laughed and talked to each other.Kindda got feeling they said iam not going get up and help him or anyone for that fact,they sit on chairs taking payments all.day and don't wanna get up garbage staff fire them all just trash !

Was here today. Planned to spend $1000 I was interested in a camera and a gold chainThe lady searched all bags for accessories that were suppose to come with camera. She was unable to find charger and reduced price of camera by $30. The camera totaled $300. The chain was $479. We are at the registered and I'm getting ready to swipe my card for A $1000 I stopped asked young lady can I please have one of the camera bags to go along with my purchase. I'm spending $1000 and the camera is missing the things that you mentioned at the beginning of the transaction. She said hold on let me ask Mike. She returned Mike said you can't have a camera bag. I explained to Mike if I can't have a camera bag you can place your $479 chain back on the shelf. He said ok.i said sir you'd rather cost your company almost $500 than to to out camera in a bag. He said yes now there is something clearly wrong with this conversation. Lady behind me was yelling I'm never coming back here you all are rude, inconsiderate and no courtesy for your customers.. I purchased the camera told him the story about if he was working for my company and did that to one of my customers I would fire him. He explained that just because the computer says the camera comes with that we are not obligated to provide it. I'm olif you're not obligated to provide your customers with camera bags you should have a problem with giving one to a customer that is spending a $1000 dollars they are just sitting there collecting dust

Was there May 10th looking at a black and decker blower. It was battery operated. With several interchangeable black n decker batteries for it there however the little young lady said since I doesn't come with a battery she couldn't allow me to see if it worked properly. I guess they operate a bit different than the other shops that at least show you the product works before purchase. This was the 2nd but last time visiting. Customer service training is needed here

I've been to the store twice and both times the staff was less than accommodating friendly or professional. But the third time was the worst I I pulled in the parking lot at 6:56 they advertise they close at 7 I watch one of the employees rushed to the door to lock it I walked up anyways hoping that maybe she was going to unlock it what she did only to tell me that they were closed when I informed her it wasn't 7 yet and I was there to spend money and buy an instrumental guitar she said too bad we're closed shut the door locked it and walked away Broad River store it's probably the most racist store I've ever been in so between the two of them never again will I step foot in there

Called before hand to see if you they accept microwaves they said yes just for me to pull up and say they are not taking microwaves at this time ... tf did yu think I called for ? Was my response n they told me in my face they did not talk to nobody about any microwaves ... Only gave em 2 stars cuz it's nothing but black queens working in there , other than that it was a waste of time n a lot of confusion!

I came in with a $2500 item brand new still in the box and plastic the lady looked at me and said shes only give me $50 bucks for it lol i thought to myself these people are just here to Hustle use hard working people do not go to them they are not here to help us
