The last time we ordered take out from there, we got home and there was no meat on the hero sub, so we called the store and they agreed to remake the sandwich. No apology or anything. And then tonight we ordered takenout again. Online from the app at 6pm. The app said food would be ready at 6:15. Sat and waited until asking for a refund at 6:30. I understand being busy, but it should not take 30 mins to make 2 subs. This place is ridiculous!! They used to be so good too!

The managers(?) lack of customer service and professionalism leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Never seen someone so rude for absolutely no reason. Location is too good and Firehouse too good of a name to have ruined by this bad apple.

Overpriced. Average sandwich at best. You get a better sub from public next door for half the price.

Average quality subs. Pulled pork sandwich is not pulled pork but chunks of cooked pork. Too much bread ratio. Better sub options in area for the price.

New staff needed ! Sloppy sandwiches. Last 3 visits I placed a call in and when I arrived 15-20 mins later , “oh we haven’t started” what did you order? Strongly suggest the St. Andrew locations , less than 5 mins away.

Disappointing Experience at Firehouse Subs Due to Poor Management!I recently had an unfortunate experience at Firehouse Subs that compelled me to leave this review. I was deeply disappointed by the poor management, specifically in regards to the behavior of the managers and staff outside the restaurant.Upon my visit, I noticed that some of the managers and staff were openly smoking weed outside the premises. This not only created an unprofessional atmosphere, but it also raised concerns about the quality of the food being prepared. The smell of marijuana was evident, and it was disheartening to think that employees may have been inebriated while handling customers' orders.Additionally, the service was slow and seemed to be negatively impacted by the aforementioned behavior. It took far too long to receive my food, and it became increasingly apparent that the issues with management were affecting the overall efficiency of the establishment.As a result of this experience, I must regrettably say that I will not be returning to Firehouse Subs. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I would strongly advise Firehouse Subs to address these management issues promptly. Creating a respectful and responsibly managed environment should be a priority to ensure the satisfaction and safety of both employees and customers.This has only gotten worse in the last couple Months!I sincerely hope that future patrons have a more positive experience at Firehouse Subs, and I encourage the management to take the necessary steps to rectify these concerns.

Sandwich was wet. Couldn't eat it. I even asked for light mayo when I placed the order. Guess I'll need to do 0 mayo if I ever dare to order from here again. A waste of $40

7:14 Time stamp when I left the store. I thought my eyes were deceving me as I stood waiting for my food to be made and a man sitting by the door alone SMOKING A VAPE AND SMOKE GOING EVERYWHERE AND NOT ONE THE EMPLOYEES IN THERE ASKED THAT GUY TO STEP OUT SIDE AND SMOKE! I KNOW THEY SAW THAT GUY SMOKING BECAUSE I LOOKING AT THEM TO SEE IF THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING AND THEY DID NOTHING!THIS WAS MY FAVORITE SPOT TO GET MY SUBS AND NOW IM DONE! ITS A HEALTH RISK AS WELL. I SUFFER FROM SEVERE MIGRAINES AND CAN'T BE AROUND SMOKE! I'M UNDER DOCTOR'S CARE FOR IT! THE WHOLE STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED AND CLOSED FOR DEEP CLEANING! WHAT'S THIS WORLD COMING TO! OMG! COVID RISK ALSO! CAMERAS ARE ON THERE SO YALL NEED TO USE THAT VIDEO FOR TRAINING PURPOSES AND GET A NEW STAFF!

Employees will cheat you out if your order. I went to this location last month and ordered a medium sandwich and got home to see they clearly gave me a small. It was barely any meat on it and they gave me white instead of wheat bread. It was past closing time so I couldn't go back. I would normally check before leaving but since they are literally looking at your order on a piece of paper, I figured they'd get it right. I was wrong. It was in the evening. So it wasn't busy. I reached out to customer service weeks ago but no one responded. It's not right to pay almost $10 for that tiny sandwich. That'll be the last time I go there. Beware of this place.

the food is always super good but recently whenever i’ve been in here the tables are dirty, the bathroom is crusty, and the employees seem like they hate their life and don’t want to be there. i get it’s probably not the best job in the world but you can at least get my order without talking over me before i finish saying what i want to get. also had an employee come in talking about sitting on somebody’s lap which is super inappropriate ??♀️

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Firehouse but I can’t believe this is a medium sandwich. It was awfully small to be $10 and I asked for wheat bread. It looked more like white. I can’t go back because it’s closed. I’m not even sure what to do.
