Avoid if you need any help, employee interaction, or don't want to overpay. Everything was way overpriced, the copy equipment did not work and the shipping was incredibly expensive (over $12) for an item weighting under 0.5 ounces.
I came in on 6-27-24 and again on 6-28-24 paid them $18 dollars for a single scan, I emailed the documents to two separate emails and got nothing in return. The documents didn't arrive at either email address. I called to ask if they could resend it, the guy on the phone said he couldn't do anything over the phone and that I would need to come in. When I came in they told me they couldn't resend the documents or give me a refund while smirking at me.

I received great service at this location today. I was in a rush to get to an appointment and needed some copies to take with me. Esmeralda and Keith both provided WONDERFUL customer service. Thanks so much!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Emeraldo assisted me a little after 6pm today. When I walked into the store,she did not greet me. She was extremely rude and angry and I could tell that she wasn't going to be pleasant. She should not be able to work for any company with a personality of a grinch. Her badge said she has been an employee since February 2023. If I could rate her customer service, She would get a -0. She needs to change her attitude or find a job working away from customers.

They refused to leave a package of mine at a hotel I'll staying at and when a supervisor told me that it would be delivered on Saturday it would did not arrive so now I have to wait till Monday and hope that I don't have the same delivery driver as Friday so I can get my package.

When people are coming in and may need assistance with something you should want to help them instead of antagonizing them. Customers help you keep a job at the end of the day. Management definitely needs to speak to staff about their attitudes.

My experience at the 7359 Two Notch Rd. FedEx was not good. I asked for help because I wasn’t familiar with the computer and the printer didn’t print my 1 page letter. The young lady who helped me was pleasant. She ended the session, inserted the USB and printed the letter. She claimed the drum on the printer I tried to use was broken. As she printed my letter, another customer’s letter printed from the “broken printer.” She brushed this off, then told me there was no charge for printing the letter. I checked my account and discovered I was charged $10.00 for printing a 1 page letter. I am disappointed because the young lady’s actions and the outcome were not right. I would like $9.55 returned to my account. That is $10.00 minus the $.45 cents it cost to print. Thank you.

I went to the Two Notch Road location near Captain D's and received poor customer service and the two employees working there were very disrespectful towards me. I did not know how to send a email to their computer using my cell phone for them to print out a return label and the two employees didn't no how to do it either. I have never had this experience with UPS when I return boxes. The employees help me out with emails from my phone. One employee from this Fed Ex location said "It's on you if you can't send the email to us to print the label." The other one told me that I needed to go to another store. Unfortunately, a manager was not there at the time. However, a customer service representative on the phone heard them being disrespectful towards me and said that they should have been able to assist me better. I don't plan to visit this location anymore. My package still has not been shipped yet. ??

I called prior to visiting the store to make oversized copies of a floor plan. The employee i spoke with in the phone informed me that the service was available and he also checked to make sure the printer was working prior to me driving to the store. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by Marcus. He walked me through the process of printing the oversized copies and was certain I knew how to do it before assisting the next customer. He also let me know that if I needed any additional help he was available to assist. The printer ran out of paper but Marcus was assisting another customer. At that point, the manager Sean came over and loaded more paper and waited with me to ensure my job finished correctly. Both Marcus and Sean were incredibly helpful and I was very grateful to have their assistance. Thank you both!
