This is my go to location when I need to sent a package, the employees here are always helpful and always welcoming. UPS store employees has nothing on FedEx store employees, they know how to treat their customers.

This location is great! They have a self-serve drop off station for pre-labled items. If you need help shipping or printing, the employees are happy to help. I needed to ship a large bag for work and it's not something I have to do often, so I really appreciated the patience and assistance I recieved throughout the process.

We came to return Google fiber equipment and got stellar service from Chanda B. she was professional , kind and extremely helpful . There was no wait time , we were assisted right as we came into the store . A great fedex experience

I did not experience anything like some of these reviews have indicated. Easy drop-off, courteous and helpful staff, and timely delivery of the parcel. I gladly offer 5 stars based on my first time using the facility.

Do NOT redirect a package to these clowns. They do not show a package available for pickup until after they close and then revise tracking history to say it was available 7 1/2 hours earlier. If you have to redirect a package avoid them. I could have redirected to Walgreens but I thought the fedex store would be faster. Wrong.

I avoided this place due to bad reviews. I went in as a last option to print off some shipping labels. I was having issues printing one as the right size, so I told an employee and when she couldn't get it to work properly, she printed one behind the counter and gave it to me for free. I did have to authorize $20 ($10 twice) but it was back on my card by the time I got home. I went again yesterday to ship an international package, and the employee was helpful in telling me the rates and when I said I was looking for a cheaper option, she gave me the addresses to the UPS store and the DHL store, as well as the dimensions and weight so I could print a label online.I had no issues with employees, I didn't come in expecting to be done in less than 5 minutes (even though it only took 15), I know how to use a printer, and I know shipping rates are high.

Staffing needs work. When I went in only ONE employee was working and he was doing EVERYTHING which isnt fair. I needed assistance with a print and go and was in time crunch (hence the need for the print and GO)One customer was hogging the machine and the other machine was alledgedly out of paper. This process took over 15 minutes and threw my schedule completely off!
