I was the first customer to walk in to be assisted and another lady followed after. The gentleman told me I could be assisted in the photo area. So I walked over there thinking someone else would help me. He proceeds to ring up the lady and a gentleman waited in line after her and he rung
him up as well. Then he walked over to the photo lab to help me return my fedex item???? He should have assisted me first since I was there first…poor customer service.

Ghetto attitude from “ROSHONDA” in the photo department as I was only dropping off a tire with a preprinted FEDEX label. She looked at me like as soon as I came in the store like I didn’t know what I was doing at the store. I’ve been selling & shipping items on Ebay for 27yrs so I knew exactly what I was doing. She spoke so uneducated and gave me rude behavior and her responses. TERRIBLE SERVICE on her behalf. Her name is ROSHONDA and she had red hair on the top of her head and just looked like she just didn’t want to come to work today. Such terrible customer service. I’ve been shopping at this store since they opened back around 2010 or so. This is the first time I’ve ever had that type of issue and this is the first time I’ve ever came in contact with such a rude unprofessional person.

I stopped visiting UPS stores because of the rude and dismissive staff. The staff at THIS location is always pleasant, welcoming and helpful! This is the only one I go to for any shipping needs.
