I'm not coming to this fedex again this is twice I shipped out stuff and it never gets delivered and it never made out of the store and you guys are a bunch of theives. It's PITIFUL!!!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I sent a package through fed-ex here. Although I have the receipt showing the package was received, the tracking number shows it never left the facility. I have called the location multiple times and they said they don’t have it, so now my family is out $1,000 (the package was a broken I-phone that was supposed to be sent in and fixed). I strongly suspect the workers stole the phone, because they asked what was in the package when I gave it to them. Since Apple will never receive the package, we will never get our money back. There goes Christmas for my kids. DO NOT SHIP HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR PACKAGE STOLEN.

Was happy after visiting FedEx at this location and all that thanks to Kenosha. She was very professional, nice and helped me with everything I needed. I had an awful experience at OfficeDepot which is nearby, so from now I will be coming to this FedEx instead.

I needed some some social distancing floor decals in a hurry and Kenosha at this location made it happen... She placed the order for my 6 stores, expedited production and delivery, had the orders ship direct individually, called me for payment as she said she would. Then, she unexpectedly followed up with a call to each store to ensure delivery and emailed me that she had done so. OUTSTANDING customer service. I will be back! Thank you Kenosha.
