I went with one of my college clubs and it was great! The trainers were extremely encouraging and fixed form when they needed to. The cardio workout wasn't just cardio but also had strength in it as well. It was extremely fun yet challenging. I walked out feeling like I had done a great workout! Would definitely come back!
