I have been a member at EQ for almost a year and have never looked forward to working out more! Truly the best trainers who know you by name and community who encourages you to be your best. I couldn’t love this place more!

Highly recommend EQ. It’s a wonderful community. Wes is a fantastic trainer. You also have access to child care, a physical therapist, and a 24hr gym. It’s a supportive, no judgment, place to workout.

It is the first and only studio in town to offer Physical Therapy, Group Training, Childcare (EQ Kids) AND a 24 hour key fob entry gym (EQ24)!!
