Brian Hunter was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job helping my family and me get the car we wanted.Our whole experience with Enterprise was good—we had a car shipped from another enterprise lot, and it arrived a day later.Brian talked us through the process and despite a few roadblocks on my end, we were able to purchase our car with ease.The car is in great condition and I feel really good about my purchase.

I had a great experience buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales. Brian was my salesman. He was personable, kind and knew all he needed to know to get through all the paperwork. If you have to buy a car Enterprise in Columbia is the best place to go. They are wonderful people there from the sellers to the supervisors. I wasn't sure they would be able to help me but they did. Brian Hunter is the man to see. Nice pleasant, courteous. Walked me thru every thing every step of the way. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and vehicle. Thanks Enterprise. Alonzo Phillips was exceptional! Professional, courteous, attentive, friendly and responsive describe him well. The customer service experience with him was the BEST I’ve ever had purchasing a car. His follow-through was perfect—just enough without any pressure whatsoever. Loved the no-haggle pricing, too. Overall an outstanding car-buying experience. My wife and I were unexpectedly looking to purchase a used car. We were recommended to check out Enterprise Car Sales from our Enterprise Rental agent. There were a lot of good cars within our price range on the lot but the Augusta location had a car that we really liked. DJ was able to get the car transferred to the Columbia location within a few hours of first talking to him. He held the car while we worked out our finances. Everyone was very friendly, the car buying process was smooth and their cars are very reasonably priced. We will be back in the future and I highly recommend.

Had a great experience at this location. The salespeople here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Brian Hunter and Alonzo Phillips. Brian made sure to take care of MY car purchasing needs and not try to force a car on me that I didn’t want, like most salespeople do. Alonzo took care of my trade-in and offered a reasonable price, even with visible damages. In my opinion, both of these guys deserve a huge raise!

Can not say enough great things about Enterprise and Jermaine! He made the entire process SO smooth and was so friendly! This was my first time purchasing a car so I went in nervous after dealing with big dealerships but Jermaine eased every nerve! 10/10 will be recommending to anyone who needs a new car!

I highly recommend buying a car from Brian at Enterprise Columbia, he made sure the car was held for me until I could come in to buy it after I made it clear I was purchasing. There was a little trouble with the financing but he kept working and they found a lender to give me a great deal. When I made it in after communicating by email and phone Brian was ready to move the deal forward without delay. Brian is friendly, respectful, and did everything he said he would. That's all you can ask for from buying a used car and if I had to do it all over I would buy with Brian without hesitation. They can get busy so make appointments!
