Betsy, the owner of Elizabeth Cole, is a magician/fairy godmother/perfect human. She has a way of making you feel so special and seen the minute you walk into her beautiful store. Betsy’s store is small but mighty. She curates the most exquisite dresses in a range of sizes and knows how to secure them perfectly so that every person can see what their dress will *actually* look like on them instead of having to imagine it. I came into her shop feeling a little disenchanted with my wedding dress search after visiting a few stores with not so great customer service and gown selections. Betsy changed my whole perspective. She is thoughtful with her suggestions and is the hype girl of all hype girls when you need a little encouragement. Even though she owns the store, Betsy is really there just to make you feel like your best self and at no point did I feel like her priority was selling a dress. Her priority was to make me feel beautiful and comfortable, and she did that with such a personalized touch. Really, this is just my love letter to Betsy! Go to Elizabeth Cole Bridal before anywhere else!!

Betsy was very professional and had an excellent ability to understand what kind of wedding dress my daughter wanted. She had a great selection of wedding dresses in her shop. We appreciated her responsiveness and warmth.

betsy is the sweetest ever! i went here to find my dress and i am obsessed with the dress i chose! she is so kind, sweet, patient, and calm. i appreciated how calm and amazing the whole experience was in comparison to busier shops. it was intimate and relaxing instead of stressful and overwhelming.

I had such a lovely experience at Elizabeth Cole Bridal! Betsey was the most AMAZING and knowledgeable stylist. I came with my mom, sisters, future mother in law, and her mother and we had a blast. Betsey helped me in the dressing room and also gave some great advice! I upgraded to the longer appointment which I highly recommend! I would recommend this place to any bride looking for her dream wedding dress!

Can't say good enough things about Elizabeth Cole Bridal and the owner Betsy. Since I was little I always dreamed of the most beautiful and unique wedding dress and Betsy made it all come true! She listen to what I wanted and pulled all the options she had that fit my idea. Has a beautiful selection of wedding dresses in all sizes (plus size bride here myself). I can't wait to drop a picture of my dress after my wedding in December. I just couldn't hold back an amazing review for Elizabeth Cole Bridal. Glad I shopped local and a small business for my big day. Thanks again Betsy, you're amazing!

My daughter's appointment was as close to perfect as one could get. Betsy knows bride's!! I left knowing my daughter had been given the most thoughtful and knowledgeable experience. My daughter left knowing her perfect dress was on the way.

Elizabeth Cole Bridal is worth shopping, even if you aren’t a bride! Every gown is custom ordered, so many are available in shades other than white for any type of special event. The accessories on offer are perfect for any time you want a statement piece, or a subtle something extra. I’ve purchased accessories for events throughout the year, and always receive compliments, along with, “Where did you find it?” My favorite is my garnet feather shrug!

I had a WONDERFUL experience shopping here. I was instantly made to feel welcome and comfortable. I was never made to feel pressured in any way, and I truly appreciated her guidance and kindness. Betsy poured some bubbly and helped me out in the fitting room. The moms were seated on a nice couch in front of a big mirror and platform. One thing I loved about working with Betsy, is that she didn’t push any dresses onto us. She asked great questions about what I would change about dresses and how it would feel dancing. Dress shopping with my moms is a memory I will always cherish. I thrilled to have an Elizabeth Cole Bridal dress for our wedding ❤️
