“Not much to say about this place, they were closed when I brought a trailer back, so I was told from the origin uhaul to take pictures and call 1800uhaul to let them know I dropped it off in time. Still on hold for a rep now.”
“Kevin the owner went above and beyond! I had an “e alert” pop up and Kevin called the Uhaul HQ to get to the bottom of the issue. It was placed there by mistake. Then upon returning equipment Kevin came in on his day off to help me out returning the equipment. I highly recommend this Uhaul location!”

“My experience with this UHaul wasn't perfect but it turned out well. Richard was extremely helpful and informative about how the truck and trailer work and how to fix certain problems. He was the only worker in the building dealing with customer after customer with no assistance. Took a little while because of the amount of customers but I recommend this UHaul solely because of Richard.”

“The customer service representative upon me picking up the truck was kind, attentive, and professional. I really appreciate that kind of service. But the customer representative upon me returning the truck was not kind or professional. He was on his phone took him two minutes to look up and when he did, he asked if he can help me while continuing to be on his phone. I said I'm returning the truck he said ok as I gave him the key and back to his phone. I stood there and he asked anything else. I said uh, yes aren't you going to check the truck and mileage used? He grabbed the key went to the truck started it up, checked the back and a box was left back there. He then asked did you mean to leave the box? I said no and removed it. He closed the back and stated I owed $8.50 for mileage. I said ok still waiting on him to turn his phone loose to finish taking care of me. He said anything else I said sir the total cost I will be charged (Im totally frustrated at this point) he said I will be charged 52.43? will looking at his phone and I got in my car and left. Waiting on a chance like this to let someone know he's a bad! Example of customer service/representative of uhaul. I will still use and recommend this location because of how I was treated upon picking up the truck. Great job young lady! Thank you.”

“I used this location to rent a U-Haul yesterday. I would rent from this location again. Customer service was great. The process was easy overall. I was able to get my call answered on the 1st attempt. There was no wait when I went to pick up the U-Haul. It was clean, gassed up on full and the paperwork didn’t take long at all. Overall great experience!”

“Bro, 5 stars isn't a high enough rating. Emily Duheme was nothing short of amazing. I've had a horrible experience moving to Columbia, SC with regards to realtors, property managers, school district HR, etc. and she able to be a bright spot to all of it. When I was expecting more bumps in the road and more things to go bad/wrong, she did just the opposite and helped me out. She was very accommodating and even changed my drop off location to a closer one. The saying "it is not how you start, but how you finish" couldn't be truer with my experience. She was the light at the end of the tunnel... and to my surprise, she wasn't the train. lol. She works hard and definitely takes pride in her work, has a passion for helping people, she's a great communicator, and was understanding and willing to work with my unique and hectic situation. If I ever move and need to use a Uhaul again, I know which location I'm heading to and who's getting my business. In this day and age, you can't pay enough for a quality employee like her. I know a few real estate companies and HR departments that could use her work ethic and a quality employee like her.”

“A little more clarity about charges for replacement items. I spoke with roadside assistance and there was a discrepancy on whether or not if I were to return original uhaul key during the move I could not be reimbursed. However a customer service rep says that as long as I find the key while still had the truck and return said key during the move I could be reimbursed. It would have been nice if there weren't 2 different views.”

“The truck is rented was great, not too clean but I guess that was from other prior renters. The service was good when I arrived to pick up, everyone was friendly/helpful.
The one star missing is because my calls are not being answered. I have called every number I have and I feel like my calls are being screened, like nobody wants to talk to me. I have spent hours calling over and over again selecting every option.
I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years so what is going on. I did call on Saturday and finally someone answered but it was the after hours clerk who I asked to get a message to that branch. So I'm hoping I will hear from someone by Tuesday or Wednesday.”
