“Wow wow wow! Okay, so I dropped my phone a few times and cracked the screen and took it here to get repaired, they fixed it for me super quickly and it was as good as new! They've been perfect multiple times for me now. There was a bit of an issue, and I had an accident with it again and some of the adhesive came loose and my phone screen came detached (again, my fault with how rough I treat my phone). The incredibly kind people that were working got my screen working again and had it fixed in just a couple minutes without charging me a dime. I really wish I remembered their names, but it was a lady with cool colored hair and a gentleman with short dark hair and they both have cool tattoos. Anyways, They were incredibly kind, transparent, and went out of their way to help me. They even cleaned out my charging port free of charge and got me set up with a new battery! Thanks again and I WILL be back!”
“The staff at the Columbia SC location on Two Notch road bent over backwards to assist me with taking the heavy batteries to and from my car. They assisted me in every possible way with installing the UPS batteries and explained what the numbers on each battery mean. I left feeling like a valued customer. I will go to this location for my future specialized battery needs.”
