βThe service was efficient. I was served by a young lady called Porsche, and she was very knowledgeable about the products on offer. She walked me through all the information I needed to get the best deals on offer. Her patience and dedication to providing the best service is commendable. I also interacted with Tiffany at the store and I loved the spirit of teamwork between her and Porsche. They are both committed to providing their clients with the best services.β
βToday we dealt with Jordan and Monty and it was great! They were so knowledgeable and quick to help me with all of their issues! It was awesome! So, glad they are on the team!β

βI need my LG flatscreen 55 inch size I spoke with an associate from this TV repair store. He was completely honest and frank with me, which gave me a breath of fresh air because he did not try to use my ignorance by saying yes, come on will try to fix it and charge me massive prices. He was very honest very frank about what will be available to me and what would be my best option and what he would have to do and how it would cost me and what was his suggestion. I really appreciate you sir thank you for your honesty I will always recommend you and your store. Thank you again for who you are and honesty of you and your associates in your store. βThis place is Simply Amazing the manager here is wonderful she acknowledges her customers as soon as I walk through the door she we were looking for home internet at a budget and she did just that with gave us a great price we now have internet in our home she was very nice I really enjoyed the hospitality keep up the good work you're an awesome manager I recommend this story to anyone who is trying to get their phone fixed or needing to add to their line and need someone to be patient with their needs this is the place to go very clean not crowded had all of my needs metβ
βWow!! It isnβt quite often you come across a mom and pop shop of store so to speak that genuinely cares for a consumer and offers so much help. Iβm unsure of the name I worked with but man I will for sure take all my electronic needs to them and recommend them from here on out. From multiple phone calls to even going in person the genuine care of me as a potential customer was there. Even showing me options that my be more my price range if a complete repair was too much. βIt would appear Target's target is actually the uncanny valley. They have a lot of goods of various size and shape, but they're also starting to add a lot of statuary to their decorating. Some of it is cute oversized dogs in the fashion of Spuds McKenzie or the RCA Dog. Some of it, though, is T2000 still faceless void people. Great store, though.β

βNever thought Iβd leave a 5-star review for a mobile company to be totally honest. Iβll break it down by category/reason below.Customer service: absolutely phenomenal! Habiba and Kayla took great care of me and even followed up multiple times on different days after I left the store! Somebody give these people a raise!Internet: I got the 5G internet plan and ended up returning it because it didnβt work well at all in my area. But returning it was just as easy as getting it, thanks (again) to Habiba.Wireless service: itβs only been about 5 days, but all three of us have been impressed with the speed and the coverage.I switched over from AT&T and, although I kept their internet because itβs simply the best speed in my area, T-Mobile is killing them on price and customer service overall. Thank you guys!β

βBeen years since I had Nortons work on on a car as I have not lived here for years. Let me tell you, Amazing experience today! Sold me exactly what I needed and wanted and sooooo pleased. Price was beyond fair . In fact they should probably raise their prices. I want them to be around for a long time.

βAmiya was out of this world AMAZING! Not only did she have us taken care of in 20 minutes or less... She took care of three different customers at the same time! Amazing customer service and outstanding kindness! Definitely the place you should go instead of the Harbison location!β
βJust keeps getting better and wished Iβd left AT&T years ago as I was with them 15yrs,paid numerous phones off and satellite and internet and got a iPhone 12mini a year&1/2ago called in twice about hardware before it was a year old and they wouldnβt budge and wanted me to pay $500 off on the phone and taxes on a new phone and I told them I wasnβt joking about leaving &would you pay for a broken phone that Appeltechs and4att techs said hardware was shot but they still wanted me to do and pay all that and I called T-Mobile and new phone free and paying less with insurance than at att w/o insurance lolβ

βThey need more people to help, and their notification system sucks royally. Thank God for the store manager and my daughter doing her due diligence in getting her items. The charger broke, and she returned it, and they tried to charge her for another one, which the 1st one didn't even go with the purchase. And the 1800 staff didn't get me started.
***Update*** After speaking to ^ Josh, a very kind and helpful young man whose expertise and assistance made a very bad experience a very positive experience for us both . He understood the assignment, and I greatly appreciate it, along with a $30.00 gift card for the bad experience we had.
