I've come here twice, and twice now I've had to take my clothes to an alterations shop. Broken buttons, torn stitching, and when asked for light starch on my shirts I didn't mean I want them so stiff they can stand on their own. I folded one of my $140 shirts today so I could take it to have 2 broken buttons fixed from the last visit and it felt like I was folding a piece of cardboard. Also, rather than a safety-pinned tag, they iron on a barcode to your clothes that is super difficult to remove. At $8 per pair of pants and similar for shirts, I'll never be back here again. One star for the nice crease they put in the pants - that's it.

They have lost my clothes not once, but THREE separate occasions. They did not offer any reimbursement for the lost items nor did they make any attempt to find the missing items. Horrible. Would never recommend.

The worst laundry service in all of South Carolina. Have lost my clothing THREE separate occasions and offered no recompense. I would not wish their terrible service on anyone.

Great I brought in my daughter graduating dress to get Press like in a day or two there eyes got big lol but that say ok I’ll do it. Great friendly staff. Thanks again fantastic job all smiles here

Ed Robinson takes customer service to a new level. When you walk in you are greeted by name by Miss Sheila and staff. They're friendly, courteous, appreciative of my business, and have always done a great job with my dry cleaning!
