Replaced main board just over three months ago. TV stopped working and am now told both work and board out of warranty. I never had a written warranty in the first place. $300 down the drain.

I need my LG flatscreen 55 inch size I spoke with an associate from this TV repair store. He was completely honest and frank with me, which gave me a breath of fresh air because he did not try to use my ignorance by saying yes, come on will try to fix it and charge me massive prices. He was very honest very frank about what will be available to me and what would be my best option and what he would have to do and how it would cost me and what was his suggestion. I really appreciate you sir thank you for your honesty I will always recommend you and your store. Thank you again for who you are and honesty of you and your associates in your store. Thank you again.

I took my 65 inch Roku TCL TV here to get repaired. He called me back the next day with it done and its back at my house working perfectly. Great service and super nice guy. Fast and professional and knows what he's doing and REALLY knows what he's doing, he's been doing this for 40 plus years. Even showed us the part that was broken on the board so I could see what popped. Much needed service in town. Stop buying new TV's ! lol. Just get them repaired here. I was charged 50 on drop off and it was 200 in total because the 50 goes towards that. so 50 on drop off and 150 at the end. He does take card. Keep in mind things like screens are much harder to get parts for right now and repair so what does break matters so it was cheaper for me to drop it off and get it fixed than buy new. ALSO, so important to me, when I called him initially he picked up right away, then I asked when I could drop my TV off, he asked what did it do and proceeded to give me what he thought it might already be, that to me was a huge thing because I dislike hearing "bring it in, I cant tell anything unless you bring it in." This guy actually gave his idea on what it could be by actually taking the time to listen to the symptoms of the TV failure and that matters in determining in whether your tv is really worth saving. Sorry I wrote such a long review but repairing instead of buying new really saves money and provides business for niche specialties.

He cut my tv on with a remote but when I got home with no remote I could not turn on the tv manually by pressing the on button out of $250

Had a screen go bad in my LG tv. Went thru LG customer service and they scheduled Tommy to come fix it. He had to come out twice to fix it because of a mistake by LG. He was professional and a great communicator. Highly recommend Tommy

Needed a power cord for my Sony 55 inch. Lost during the move. Had one on hand. Dealt with this place in the past. Brought a 50in.four years ago,worked great until recently,backlight started going out,paid a low price,didn't want to invest what I paid to fix.But a great place to find a great t.v or get one repaired.

I took my 47in. LG tv in to repair it from cutting off when you cut the energy saver off he worked on it for less than a hour and charged me a 175 dollars it worked for 35 minutes it was a waste of time and money

Excellent service! Tommy was on time and did a terrific job replacing my TV panel. He was also very patient and helpful in resolving issues with the manufacturer.
