When I checked in on Saturday, I had a wonderful gentleman who helped me with my check-in because the mobile check-in system was not working. When I returned my rental truck I experienced the same issues with the system not working. I called in today because I wanted to make sure that I would not be charged again and I wanted to make sure that they did not need anything else from me. Today, starting at 9 am I called five times to check and make sure that the charges on my account were correct. Unfortunately, I was only able to get a response at 2:57 pm. The woman I spoke to on the phone was not cordial at all and seemed annoyed that I called and bothered her. She was yelling at someone on the other end of the call as well. As I was finishing my sentence, she interrupted me and stated, "The charges are correct. Have a good day. Bye." As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat a customer this way. I hope that this issue is addressed because it is embarrassing for a business to operate in this manner! I will give one star because I can't give zero.

BEWARE OF THEIR FRAUD--NO SECURITY. THEY DO NOT LOCK THEIR FACILITY AFTER 10 P.M. AND REOPEN AT 6 A.M. WE LOST EVERYTHING. THE INVESTIGATOR DISCOVERED THAT AT 1:30 a.m ON A SUNDAY THIEF CAME INTO THE FACILITY AND STOLE EVERYTHING. POLICE REPORT CONFIRM THAT THIS FACILITY LIED WHEN THEY SAY/SAID THEIR FACILITY IS SAFE. EITHER THEY ARE NEGLIGENT OR THEY ARE CRIMINAL DOING AN INSIDE JOB. WE'VE SINCE PROVEN THAT WE CAN GET INTO THE GATES AFTER 10 P.M. TAKING THEM TO COURT!

I drove up to the property and the doors was locked although I saw a car there. I went online to register and start my account around 1pm. I arrived at my unit at 7pm and there was someone else’s belongings in my unit. I tried calling and no answer. The unit was dirty with cobwebs that my family ran into. This is day one and first impressions are lasting. Wow I just received a text that I littered. No sir you did not clean the unit.
