Really can’t put into words how wonderful everyone is at making your shopping experience fantastic. The whole crew at DDG is knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They have superb customer service that makes you feel important when in the store and their online shop is second to none. Cant recommend them enough! They have my dad stamp of approval.

Shocked to see some of these reviews as I’ve only had the best experiences with them! Majority of my daughter’s closet is from here. Can’t get enough, especially their toy and little things selection some of the cutest things!

The best store for high quality and adorable baby clothes! Unfortunately, they rarely have two of a size for twins. I have to get really lucky or go in the same day as new inventory is stocked to get matching sets. Highly recommend for lovies, books, and accessories as well!

I live out of state but regularly shop at Duck Duck Goose online. Their selection is outstanding - they carry a very wide variety of adorable clothes, toys and accessories! Their customer service is always superb - they are very responsive to my MANY emails, texts and calls. Their monogramming services are so convenient and always so well done. And their shipping is so fast. Supporting a small business is an easy choice, and this is one that is definitely worth supporting!

Amazing customer service and selection. The whole team is helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate and have special ordered items for me that were sold out in our size. They offer free, local delivery that is faster than amazon prime. Plus I prefer to support a local business who puts money back into our community.

Incredibly disappointed by the treatment of a fellow customer by this business. I have never seen such rude text messages from a business owner to a customer who simply posted her experience in google reviews - which is the point of having reviews. They may not care about a $40 order but I have spent several hundred dollars at this store over the past few months and I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Beware- Duck Duck Goose won’t guarantee your item if you choose the “free shipping” option which is via USPS. I ordered a monogrammed baby hat for my future newborn photos and it says delivered to my mailbox, but it never came. I checked with surrounding neighbors, the post office and posted on my neighborhood website and no luck. The shop offered to reorder it for me ...but then called me back and said per the manager they need me to pay again for the hat, the monogramming and the regular shipping costs and that they would only cover an “upgrade” on the shipping so it would get here faster. They are saying once the item is out of their hands they aren’t able to make any accommodations if it is lost. This is poor customer service. I have never encountered this before, even from a small business. They are saying I should make a claim with the post office but I don’t have time to wait 30 days for them to investigate. Disappointed in this shop and will be unfollowing. I ended up ordering a similar but cheaper hat on Etsy because I don’t want to give them the business again.

A delightful children’s boutique that is simply a joy to drop in. Excellent selection of quality baby and children’s clothes and gift items. I was able to find a beautiful gift for a friend’s newborn. Highly recommend.

We received a cute kissy kissy footie for our newborn about a month ago from Duck, Duck, Goose. He sadly doesn't like that type of clothing so I went by the store to exchange it for a sleep slack or an outfit (I was also planning on purchasing a few other items). The associate looked up the purchase in the system and said they no longer carry that pattern(it was not a holiday print) and she could not do anything (credit for an exchange). I explained that due to having a newborn at home(and limiting my time out due to COVID) it was difficult for me to come into the store right after receiving the gift. I will not shop here in the future and I wouldn't recommend purchasing gifts from them either.
