  Haven’t received pick up confirmation and my FedEx tracking says my order was delivered to this location 6 days ago. I decide to come to the location and they are closed on a Tuesday at 1:45pm. No sign advising when they’ll be opening / returning nothing. Just shut this location down permanently fr this is ridiculous... read full comment

  This one of the worst stores in Columbia SC they open late shut the store down mid day 12 o'clock for whatever reasons.. just go to Columbiana mall for DTLR Columbia mall DTLR very unprofessional

  We placed an order for pickup, never received a notification about the shoes being ready. Got to the store 4 hours later and still had to wait for them to get the shoes. Customer service was trash.
